Guest Kingpk Posted January 1, 2003 Report Posted January 1, 2003 I stumbled across this site called Nation States where you can create your own country and do with it as you wish. I thought, if people are interested, we could start up a TSM Region. Check it out. (Note: AOL users should open the site in IE. Apparently, it doesn't work with AOL).
Guest ArkhamGlobe Posted January 1, 2003 Report Posted January 1, 2003 Sounds like fun. I'm interested.
Guest Will Scarlet Posted January 1, 2003 Report Posted January 1, 2003 This game sounds fascinating, I'm in for it.
Guest TheArchiteck Posted January 1, 2003 Report Posted January 1, 2003 Ahhhh, love strategy games. Mark me up!
Guest The Electrifyer Posted January 1, 2003 Report Posted January 1, 2003 Thats pretty cool, count me in.
Zorin Industries Posted January 1, 2003 Report Posted January 1, 2003 Yeah, this is my scene all right, sign me up
Guest TheArchiteck Posted January 1, 2003 Report Posted January 1, 2003 Zorin Industries have corporate dictatorship all over it.
Guest Kingpk Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 Apparently the site's going through some problems and I can't even create my nation, so I'll let everyone know when it's working again.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 I am SOOO in. Strategy games own.
Guest MrRant Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 I shall do it. ZIM will conquer you ALL!
Guest NYCTA Bus No. PA1767 Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 Well, in the meantime can someone point us unenlightened fools the way to ANOTHER strategy game?
Guest TheArchiteck Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 Was anyone able to register today? I couldn't. And after reading their forum...got me kind of anxious of playing.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 i couldn't register they seen to be having a problem because of so many people wanting to play
Guest Ravenbomb Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 Damn! Someone's got Strong Badia already!
Guest Kingpk Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 I'm assuming this is the error everyone is getting: Details: Unable to save "/home/nation/public_html/cgi-bin/regions/the_south_pacific.reg". Permission denied at /home/nation/public_html/cgi-bin/JClass.pm line 53.
Guest The Electrifyer Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 I got that too... and immediately after getting that error, the site stopped working for me. The site is up for me now, but very slow.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted January 3, 2003 Report Posted January 3, 2003 It seems to always be slow. and that's the error I keep getting
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted January 3, 2003 Report Posted January 3, 2003 I will OWN this game. ... when it works.
Guest Kingpk Posted January 3, 2003 Report Posted January 3, 2003 Well, since that site doesn't seem to be getting any better, I found another game at Swirve called Earth: 2025. It plays just like that Gang Warz game some of us played a while back (you get "turns" to build up armies, farms, industry, etc.). I'm on the standard server, but there is a "Free for All" one that, I guess lets small groups play against each other. EDIT: Forget the Free For All. It's down
Guest KanadianKrusty Posted January 3, 2003 Report Posted January 3, 2003 ... and The Holy Empire of Socialist Greatness is born... this game is fucking great!
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted January 3, 2003 Report Posted January 3, 2003 I just joined the standard game. Watch out for the KINGDOM OF BENOIT~!
