Team Angle vs. Los Guerreros

Now that Los Guerreros are faces, why can't the two hottest teams in the WWE battle in a long three-month feud, culminating in a cage match at WrestleMania? Those could be fucking awesome matches. I'm incredibily psyched about the possibility of these contests.

Yes, they have amature backrounds. That's all well and good, BUT, that doesn't mean they should be pushed to the gold so quickly.

I wouldn't mind to seeing Eddie go solo for 2003 as a face. maybe, just maybe this could his chance for a World Title reign. He has conformed by cutting the mullet. He now looks like a normal "WWE-ized" Main Eventer.

Besides, I think you have it wrong. It's not a "WWE-ized" main eventer, it's a "Smackdown-ized" main eventer. All of their main eventers (Slow, Benoit, Brock, Rock) have those ugly hair cuts. An honorable mention goes to Angle...although he's bald.

Have you changed your mind about Kurt not being able to play a "bad ass" after tonight? I told you he had this type of character for a VERY short while before, and like a lot that he does, he's pefect at it.

I have only seen a couple of guys with long hair.

As for this feud, I feel it could be good, but to be honest with you after I saw them last week with the vicious superkick german combo I was expecting a little more tonight. Maybe just nerves or maybe just because they are still green but I didn't think they were anything great tonight

I was talking about "any guy" or even my preferances for how long a guy's hair should be. I was talking about the current Smackdown main-eventers. And, to be honest, I do like guys with long hair, although there are a few exceptions to the rule, ie, Stevie, Seanny, Billy Gunn, and HBK (did he HAVE to cut his hair? It was fine in his nWo stint....but shorter??)

Yes, actually I have. Most likely it was a combo of me being a newbie, and the fact that I'm used to seeing him in a comedic role. I like the funny Angle, but I'm not complaining about the bad-ass image. As long as I see Angle in some type of talking role each show, then I'm happy.

If I'm not mistaken, Brocky did attack some of the midcard faces before he officially "debuted". I know he attacked Hurricane and Molly Holly during their inter-gender match after WX8. He also attacked DDP and he F5ed Rikishi once. He attacked others, but those are about the only onces I have on my tape.

While I'm not exactly laughing, I did find it odd that so many devoted signature and avatar space to a group of wrestlers even before their first match. And after watching that first match last night, I still haven't been impressed... yet.

If we enjoy Team Angle, and have high hopes for them, why not let us indulge ourselves in harmless wishing?

 

 

Oh, and my suggestion was for WrestleMania, that's 2 months. Not an unprecedented amount of time for a team with a lot of buzz to take the gold.
