Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 13, 2002 I've read different things on the 2 years contracts. I see Steiner some how, some way going to the WWF.
Guest J*ingus Report post Posted February 13, 2002 I just don't see why anyone thinks this PPV or this promotion will succeed. Their roster is made up of ex-WCW second-stringers, and they certainly don't have the same cash reserves or media connections that WCW had. What do they have that WCW didn't? Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 13, 2002 The promoter Andrew McManus has some connections. Will it last? Who knows. It migh, it might not.
Guest brokentusk16 Report post Posted February 20, 2002 One promotions second stringers is another promotion's main eventers. Guys like Raven and Jerry Lynn are second stringers in WWF and WCW, but in ECW they were the top guys and they were damn good. So just because a promotion doesn't have Rock, Austin, or Triple H, don't count them out. Personally, I wish that XWF or WWA get a tv deal. I'd at least like the chance to sample their product. I think that if WWA and XWF pooled their resources, they could make a strong promotion.
Guest Tim Cooke Report post Posted February 20, 2002 "I just don't see why anyone thinks this PPV or this promotion will succeed." Promotion suceeding, who knows? PPV success is a big chance with the credible line up they put out there. Hell, they have so many different style of matches compared to WWF's one wrestling formula BS.
