Guest El Satanico Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 Well yeah i knew that cockney is basically just a bastardized version of English with heavy slang use. Still it's great stuff.
Guest areacode212 Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 Sometimes when nobody's around, and I'm making dinner or something, I talk to myself using different accents, cockney being one of the main one (usually after watching a Buffy episode with Drusilla in it). Sometimes I'll do a crappy Eastern European accent too (usually after watching one of the Dennis Hopper episodes of 24). Does this mean I'm weird?
Chunk Posted January 10, 2003 Author Report Posted January 10, 2003 Very wierd, but whats wrong with being wierd? cockney is basically just a bastardized version of English Bastardized! That may just be one of the best words I have ever heard ChUnK!

Do you pretend you're Matthew when you do the Cockney accent?
Guest areacode212 Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 I have, but only when I've done Matthew from "Towers" (MAYHEM!). I've never sung the Ted song with a cockney accent though. That will be a new variation.
