Guest Mole Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 I was wondering where Jeff was. Oh ya, jobbing on Heat.
Guest TheArchiteck Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 lol man that sucks. So I guess Spike was the one who busted up Stevie's lip.
ChrisMWaters Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 I was wondering where Jeff was. Oh ya, jobbing on Heat. To HURRICANE, no less. HE'S BUSTING UP JEFF'S DRUG RING!
Guest Downhome Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 I was wondering where Jeff was. Oh ya, jobbing on Heat. Good, it's where he belongs and he's lucky to have the honor to be even there.
Guest dreamer420 Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 YES! HURRICANE BEATS DRUGGY-MAN! Holy shit is that ever original.
Guest NoCalMike Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Ermm...Hurricane is using the "shining wizard" are you sure about that? So Hurricane beats Jeff, Raven attacks Hurricane, and then Jeff comes back and makes the save? Sounds like an angle for a Raven mindfuck.....but who knows....it was dissapointing not to see Raven on Raw last night after the whole "I'm back on Raw" bit from last week's HEAT.
Guest subliminal_animal Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Ermm...Hurricane is using the "shining wizard" are you sure about that? Why wouldn't he be?
Guest Will Scarlet Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Sounds like a good episode of Heat. Hurricane gets a victory? Against Jeff Hardy no less? Shocking. I guess I will have to watch then. It is not everyday that Hurricane gets a victory.

I guess I will have to watch then. It is not everyday that Hurricane gets a victory. Against someone we thought was (sadly) being pushed too! It's like OMEGA all over again!
Yuna_Firerose Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Hell, this Heat looks better than Raw, in terms of matches anyway. Hurricane, Stevie, and Raven. Plus, I'm curious about the segment between Raven and Hurricane last week. Hopefully, it'll lead somewhere.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 'Druggy Man' could be quite the gimmick.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Ermm...Hurricane is using the "shining wizard" are you sure about that? Why wouldn't he be? Well...he's yet to do an actual Shining Wizard Here's the best I can explain it. Let's say Hurricane was to do a shining wizard on...HHH HHH is down on one knee, Hurricane would run up and jump off of HHH's knee and strikes him in the face with a knee of his own. Wish I had a picture to show it
Guest saturnmark4life Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 His is more like the shining black, I gather.
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Jeff is Useless. Hurricane is going through the motions. Victoria is going through the motions. Raven and Richards are hanging on for dear life. Put them all together and make a F'N Stable. Something, you know, maybe a little Entertaining and 'new'
Guest Human Fly Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Why even bother with the "Raven is going back to Raw" thing when this week you build up an angle for him on Heat? His masterpiece was getting pretty cool, they should've just left it at that. Now he'll still have Heat angles and only make token Raw appearances every now and then to get squashed.
Guest AndrewTS Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Heat looks better than Raw, although I'm surprised Jeff wasn't on Raw due to the homoeroticism that was on that show. And yes, Hurricane's move is the Shining Black. Right now Raw is getting soooo close to being WCW it ain't even funny. I'm just waiting for Carrot Top to hold the Big Gold Belt, or for David Arquette to become a TWO-TIME holder of it.
Guest TheGame2705 Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Am I the only one that thinks the Shining Black sucks as a finisher? Hey maybe Jeff will dip himself in green paint and dance with Hurricane in a new tag team to depush both of them.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Right now Raw is getting soooo close to being WCW it ain't even funny. Not enough wrestling to be WCW Jeff is Useless. Hurricane is going through the motions. Victoria is going through the motions. Raven and Richards are hanging on for dear life. Put them all together and make a F'N Stable. Something, you know, maybe a little Entertaining and 'new' Take out Jeff, and I could live w/ that. Or move Helms back to SD where he could be useful, rather than jobbing to the likes of Test & Batista (yes, I'm ignoring DeMott)
Guest AndrewTS Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Right now Raw is getting soooo close to being WCW it ain't even funny. Not enough wrestling to be WCW. WCW in 2000 was filled with shitty matches due to having tons of shitty workers, over the hill guys, green rookies, and a few talented persons lost in the mix.

Hey maybe Jeff will dip himself in green paint and dance with Hurricane in a new tag team to depush both of them. Yes, it does suck. Should have stayed a transition move.

I think he means WCW91-99 WCW 2000 i don't want to remember and i'm one of the most die-hard WCW marks
Guest Edwin MacPhisto Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Am I the only one that thinks the Shining Black sucks as a finisher? I like it, as long it's sold right. It looks nice and stiff. If the guy keels over dead after he gets hit and if Helms sells the setup and build-up more, it'll work great. Of course, he only gets about 3 minutes to work a match these days, so it's tough. I like his kick better than the cruiserweight chokeslam, though.
Guest Black Tiger Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 Hurricane is not doing a Shining Black either. The SB is a Yakuza Kick done after doing a jump off someone's back. Hurricane is doing a simple jumping hook kick, I think Raven is re-building up the Flock, Hardy is going no where, he needs to snag Rosey and Jamal (minus Rico) and probably Stevie and Victoria.
ChrisMWaters Posted January 7, 2003 Report Posted January 7, 2003 I always thought that Hurricane's hook kick was called a flying wizard... Oh, and I marked for the Cruiserweight Chokeslam. If he's in the Royal Rumble this year, and Jamie Noble is in too...I'd like to see Hurricane chokeslam Noble over the top rope to the floor. As for Raven....I don't know if they're seriously going to start giving him a push. How old is he anyway? I think the last time WWF seriously pushed Raven was when he was known as Johnny Polo.
Guest buffybeast Posted January 8, 2003 Report Posted January 8, 2003 What's with Jeff being relegated to Heat? I've heard about him arriving late and all. But is there more to him being jobbed on Heat?
Guest saturnmark4life Posted January 8, 2003 Report Posted January 8, 2003 This is another thing that bugs me about wwe. Take edge, his finisher was perfectly alright, an implant ddt, believeable and over. Another secondary finisher is the spear, but presumeably because it looks weaker than the pedigree and involves no sort of risk whatsoever, they go 'oh stick with that then'. So what should be a transition move becomes the finisher that kills everyone, including main eventers like angle and benoit. This just makes everyone look weaker, and the same is happening in the instance.
Guest Banky Posted January 8, 2003 Report Posted January 8, 2003 What's with Jeff being relegated to Heat? I've heard about him arriving late and all. But is there more to him being jobbed on Heat? Drugs, lack of desire, tardiness, diminishing skill There's 4 good reasons why he is (rightfully) jobbing on Heat.
Guest razazteca Posted January 8, 2003 Report Posted January 8, 2003 why not call the Hurricane's finisher the Shinning as in reference to Grounds Keeper Willie of the Simpsons! Coach likes doing goofy voices anyways and this could work.
