One day, I was in my truck waiting for a class to start. I was hungry, It was early, so I reached for the only food I had in my truck for my breakfast. Packets of Ketchup. Beat that!

Cold sweat? EWWWWWWWWWWW

You know what I meant. Pretty funny typo though

If you don't mind hot or cold, but you want to microwave, you should microwave on medium for like 20 seconds. It won't get too doughy, but will be lukewarm.

Hmmm, that sounds dodgy to me. One of the first things I learnt in Food Tech was that between 5c and 70c, is the perfect breeding ground for bacteria. You could find your self with a nice bout of food poisoning, by doing this.

Up to you though :D

I usually have the urge to eat as much chocolate as I can in the morning.

A giant Mars, a giant Snicker and a giant Twix and I'll be set up for an hour or two.

Now that I'm working and going to school full time, I'm pretty regimen now:

MWF - Mornings I go to school - Protein shake before school, once I get there, Pay Day bar (peanuts are good for you and all, I guess)

TTh - Days I go straight to work - Pick up a ham omlet and french toast sticks at work. Mmmm . . .

Sat - Swing by McDonalds before work for a couple egg mcmuffins.

Sun - Pot Luck - Eggs, crackers, Reese's, bacon, toast, Hawkwiches are my favorite though.

Yesterday my breakfast was a bag of peanut m&ms and a huge bag of Ruffles sourcream and onion chips.

But today I had eggs and bacon.

I can hear my nutrition prof. now.

"As long as you eat something for breakfast, its better than eating nothing at all"

I think you can imagine the questions of "Can we eat _______ ?" and what that eventually led to.
