Seattle will get a whole new logo, uniform set and a tweaking of color scheme. I don't see what's wrong with their uniforms. The Seahawks don't have the coolest unis, but given Seattle history I don't trust them to change it into something better. Guest Will Scarlet Report post Posted February 1, 2002 I think the Lions are trying for a whole new start for their new stadium. Not a bad idea, in my opinion. I know I wish I could forget the last few years of the Lions finding innovative ways to suck. Like the year they could not win in an outdoor stadium, or the year they managed to beat the Rams, and seemed like a good bet for the Super Bowl, only to finish 8-8 and get bounced in the wild card game. They're one of the "classic" NFL teams, much like the Yankees or the Red Sox are to baseball. Can you imagine the Yankees ditching the pinstripes and the old "NY" on the caps? It wouldn't be right.
