Spanky was trained by HBK at his Texas school....he trained with American Dragon.

 

It seems Spanky has not gained any weight since his Texas days, he still looks like a high school back yard kid to me. Spanky needs Mattitude.

Supposedly Spanky's gimmick is that he is going to change names to the name of a sports team from each city that he is wrestling in.

The only question I have is what happens the first time he steps in the ring with a hoss. I bet there's going to be a lot of "I'm not feeling it"s when he's supposed to beat someone heavier than 250 lbs.

 

However, the possiblity of seeing him against someone like Angle, Rey Rey, Jamie-san or a Guerrero gives me a happy feeling.

Let's just give him time, let him go out on Velocity and other such shows to slowly get over with the fans, and to log a few matches under his belt. I guess that would be smart to do, rather than just putting him in a posistion on SD with no dirrection. Come WM, I would hope they are ready to do something with him though.
