Guest Just call me Dan Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 Guy just looks like he could be at best someone like the Godfather. I say if someone you're bringing in just doesn't seem to be anywhere near evre main eventing or drawing money, screw 'em. He just looked horrible to me, and doesn't look as if he could possibly get over. Anyone have any info on his previous work and if he's worth a shit?
Guest HHHater Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 How could you tell what kind of shape he is in? He had a big sweatshirt and baggy jeans on.
Guest BobBacklundRules Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 so, I'd have him over B2 anyday
Guest Just call me Dan Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 You could see by is double chin and his appearance (or at least I could) There is no way the guy is in great physical shape from what I saw. I don't care what someone has on , if they are in good shape it is pretty apparent. If I'm worng, I stand corrected, but the fact that he's married to Jazz has to mean he's no physical specimen. There are Foleys who break the norm for guys like that, but with this bad product and bad in ring style dominating the WWE, he looks like a throw away.
Guest Choken One Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 I missed Smackdown but if this guy was out of shape then that makes no sense, they have countless drungs in the OVW system in good shape that could easily play the same gimmick.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 I agree, I'm not trying to sound like someone who thinks physical conditioing is a measure of how good a wrestler is, but I mean a subpar guy as far as in physical terms with the gimmick of a thug rapper is pretty wasteful if you ask me.
Guest Choken One Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 They already got Two sloppy fat Wankstas on Raw...why bring another in? Are they doing the Fat Joe equivilant?
LooseCannon25 Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 Damn, can we see the guy work a match at least. You guys are ripping on him already and all we saw from him was a run in and an armbar. Let's see what the guy has before we judge him
Guest geniusMoment Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 Red Dog had a run in ECW and was the bouncer in the ECW New York skits.
Guest Choken One Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 I haven't even seen him neither so yeah I quickly jumped to conclusions but I assumed that he wasn't a good performer based from the way he protrayed.
Guest creativename Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 I really don't think it's possible to tell what sort of shape he's in from the little we saw. He looked fine to me.
Guest AndrewTS Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 Red Dog had a run in ECW and was the bouncer in the ECW New York skits. He was Angel in Da Baldies, right?
Guest Zack Malibu Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 Red Dog had a run in ECW and was the bouncer in the ECW New York skits. He was Angel in Da Baldies, right? No, he was Red Dogg. He only made several appearances. And did they call him Red Dogg or Badd Dogg? He was using the latter name as of late, once he turned heel on Shelton Benjamin.
Guest Lord of The Curry Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 Damn, can we see the guy work a match at least. You guys are ripping on him already and all we saw from him was a run in and an armbar. Let's see what the guy has before we judge him HA! That's where you're wrong! I personally witnessed the guy wrestle a tag match at the October 15th Smackdown tapings and I can attest to viewing his shittiness on a first-hand basis. He sucks. Real bad.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 I thought so. I think if he was worth a damn, therw ould have been at least SOME buzz about his arrival before he popped up and continued on one of the worst angles in wrestling history.
Guest Downhome Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 I personally actually began to "like" Cena and this whole angle for the first time tonight.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 I think Cena doing considerably well and getting into this character is just a symbol of his merit and talent. The guy is doing the best anyone could do in this pathetic role. I do like him, but his gimmick is absolutely useless.
Guest HHHater Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 Odd timing for bringing in all of these new guys. I don't know about Red Dogg, but the Nathan Jones and Sean O'Haire characters look awesome.
Guest Creepy Crawl Posted January 17, 2003 Report Posted January 17, 2003 I really dont like the guys look at all . I mean he just dosent have that "look" . Personally I was starting to like B2 and Cena together and then out of the blue they just drop it . I guess we will have to wait and see if Bling Bling turns face or if they try and play it off as one of those thug tough love type things . Hell with the WWE you can never tell . Either way I just dont like the guy . BOO ~ YA !!! ( I had to do that )
