one of the wrestlers gets a boner. I mean it's bound to happen if you're wearing tights because of the constriction. Granted it would atleast feel uncomfortable. Do you think it'd take away from match performance from the guy who had one and might be comfortable or the guy who he was facing who might just punch and kick because he wouldn't wanna slam knowing what was going on? I dunno not to offend anyone but I've wrestled before and it happened and I just sort of fell on the ground to sell an injury for a while because it was embarassing and just plain painful.

The Meat thing was part of a storyline. I remember it was around the time Jericho debuted, and PMS gave him an aphrodisiac before his match to rile him up. The announcers made a big deal of it, and Meat couldn't really go through with the match because of it. Love that wacky Sports Entertainment.

The couple times I saw Spanky in Ring of Honor, it looked like he had a good boner going for much of the match. My brother pointed this out to me and I didn't believe him at first, but yeah, it looked kinda clear to me.

 

Anyway, I'd think they'd use saltpeter, because I'm guessing a lot of macho-talking wrestlers would be pretty hard on someone who's popping up during match.

 

I'm sure it would be more common in intergender matches, which happen regularly at indy shows, since some of the chick workers are va-va-voom by most guys' standards. That'd be obviously be embarrassing for the guy, and the female they're wrestling may construe it as disrespectful and could quite possibly be very uncomfortable for the remainder of the match. Reports of this happening aren't going to circulate every time it happens, but I remember reading a couple accounts a few months ago that said Tough Enough's very own Greg got noticeably hard during a mixed match with Alexis Laree. And yes, I am ashamed that I know that.

That was pretty funny. Bossman noticed it right off the bat and I think attacked Meat when he was coming down to the ring so as to get a headstart on what turned out to be a boner-centric offensive gameplan.

 

COLE: And the Bossman is out of gate running, going to work on Meat's rather prominent proboscis!

I think the match ended when Meat finally got an advantage despite Bossman striking his delicates a couple dozen times, but Bossman recovered with a low blow. Then he took the fight to the outside by pulling Meat up towards the entrance portal by his boner with one hand and hitting some measured punches onto it with the other.

 

I could have said "testicular claw" instead of that thing about dragging him by his boner, but it wouldn't have been as funny.

IIRC, Mosh/Chaz had one on either Raw or Sunday Night Heat around 1999...after he was getting 'arrested' for 'beating his girlfriend'.

I remember the Meat hard-on too. Terri got him all arosed on Heat before a match with the Bossman and the Bossman punched him in it and everything. I think it was gimmicked though.
