Guest SP-1 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 I dunno what to tell you, bro. If you want, I can host the banner for you. PM me and I'll give you my email. Also: I'd like to say that I greatly enjoyed the psychology in Benoit/Hass.
Guest RubySoho50 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 Stephanie shows off a "Hogan" poster...taking away the excitement, IMO. truly a less climactic return with the shot of the poster (you'll have to wait just like everyone else, and it's up next. Oh, btw, it's Hogan) especially compared to live on tuesday (didn't show that segment). I swear, when his music hit, I thought they were plugging his book. I don't know if it was cause i read some news/rumor that his contract expired and he was headed to japan, or just some hope that I wouldn't have to watch his bland, repetative and predictable matches, but it took a while for it to register that the lights were flashing and there was no voice over and the no-selling, no-bumping, no-move-performing Hogan was back. So much of a holy shit moment that i gave in and held up my ultra-generic "Welcome Back" sign and just enjoyed the 10-15 minute sustained pop (I never thought I'd even come that close to marking out for Hogan...) ... That was it? THAT was the "bombshell"? Vince was right. That was dissapointing. Had I not been there, I'd have agreed, and I'm sure next week, I'll be back to taking bathroom breaks and grabbing more food whenever he's doing something. Guest Steve J. Rogers Report post Posted January 24, 2003 I love how Cole and Tazz are just silent and watching this in awe. This is crazy. I think this was in the leadoff spot of the tapings, even before Velocity so Tazz and Cole were probably from some studio and just decided not to talk over the crowd
