Ok, forget Kazaa, if you want my matches...

Guest Downhome

I f'd up the Kazaa thing, I'm sorry! If you don't have it, download WinMX instead, it's much easier. Once you get it, go to the chat room called Wrestling Trading (I'm the Admin in there), and right click on my name (it'll be Downhome with some numbers after it, you'll know who I am), and click "browse". That will bring up ALL of my Pro. Wrestling matches and the such.

When you add them to your list, whatever you want to download, make sure you go to "Auto Enter Queue" and make sure "100" is selected. What will then happen, you will be entered into my queue list, if none of my slots are available, and it'll be a first come first serve thing. I'll leave my computer on for a few days.

If you have something to share though, make sure you share your wrestling files also. If you start up the downloads I want, I'll do the same for any of you. Or hell...

...I might be a nice guy and start up the downloads even if you don't have anything I want.

This is very easy to do, if you have any problems or questions, just feel free to ask!

Sincerely,

...Downhome...

I used to have a buttload of great matches on my harddrive, but I've since burned them all to CD. If there's a way to share them that I'm not currently aware of, I'd be more than happy to.

Make a list of what you have, then I will tell you what I want, if anything, and you simply load it up for me.

I'm right now getting the Tully Blanchard/Magnum TA match off of Downhome right now. There is plenty of stuff in there, so I reccommend trying it.

Can't find the room on WinMx. I got some stuff, but it's mostly on disc. Might load up some later for y'all. I'm gilpdawg (with a bunch of numbers) on WinMX.

you have WinMx chatroom? Had any problems with the regular children that frequent the wrestling rooms there? They seem to only want to play e-fed games or talk about TESTicles!

Its about time somebody put some content other than MP3s in the wrestling chatrooms

Good luck, hope it works out.

Damn the Undertaker, Kane, Dx marks :)

Is it possible to share real player files? I can't figure out how. Also, it wont let me share all my Win Media files for some reason either.

I noticed the same thing. About 75 matches I have were excluded for reasons I don't really understand.

Cawthorn, any chance I could get the 4/91 SNME Battle Royal and the Bret- Kid 1994 Raw match? I'm on WinMX all day, but I have a shitty 56k connection so it takes some time. Is that a problem?

Finally done exams, so I will be on the computer a little more...

I have about seven gigs, including stuff from all over the world, although I should point out to save space on my hard drive I delete them just AFTER burning them as data. I will get a list up, so if you guys want anything specific, you could PM me or something, because I do turn off my computer.

I look forward to working with you

Ok, now in my WinMx shared folder are the following:

I'm thinking of starting up a FTP server if anybody would be interested in trading some matches that way. If there's interest, I'll do it.

Hell, I went ahead and set up the FTP. No user name, no password, IP is 24.209.109.225. Don't worry about uploading stuff right now, if I want something, I'll ask for it. I may set up an account system for people who really have a lot of stuff and are willing to upload it. For now, leech away. The server won't be on 24/7 so if you don't get in, keep trying.

Hey gilpdawg, you have some terrific matches on your list. How long will you keep this server around? I currently don't have broad band internet and I'm working with a shitty 56k right now. Can you keep it for a while for us unfortunate people, please?

Thanks in advance.

And hey, as soon as I get my DSL I'll download this WinMX and look for Downhome and the other guys.

I understand that the thread is about WinMX but does anyone still use Kazaa?

I might try and persude a friend of mine to download some more matches for me.

I wish I has a broadband connection...

I use Kazaa quite a bit. WinMX tends to freeze up my computer from time to time. Although, I'd say that WinMX has a better assortment of matches.
