Guest SweetNSexyDiva Posted April 30, 2003 Report Posted April 30, 2003 Sigh... Tom Welling (superman) is HOT! Just wanted to share my opinon! I haven't seen the show recently though. From reading your posts, it doesn't seem like I missed much. Actually, Tom Welling plays Clark Kent, not Superman. =P Ah, true... guess he isn't superman yet... either way, he still rocks my world...
LaParkaYourCar Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Damn I miss one episode of Smallville and Clark's told Lana his secret and they're together..........I would miss the pivotal episode.
LaParkaYourCar Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Geez I know this is a sort of family show an all, but why don't they just come out and say it........THEY HAD SEX!!
LaParkaYourCar Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Or not.......okay I'm just a dirty minded fool.
Guest Lethargic Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Ha, I can't believe I missed it again. I've missed it for 4 straight weeks now. I just watched the last 3 eps that I downloaded last night to get caught up for tonight, forgot it again. I just read a interview with the creators of the series and they said that Clark will NEVER have sex with either girl on the show. First, because it's a family show. Second, because of the logistics of having a super powered alien mating with a human girl. They're afraid he'd blow her back out I guess.
LaParkaYourCar Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Yeah I was just being a dirty minded fool. Okay they hinted that Lana knew his secret, but I missed the last episode so does she?
LaParkaYourCar Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Oh.....I must have just been looking at it wrong then. This is what happens when I miss a show this late in the season. I'm totally confused.
Guest DrTom Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Gah, Smallville was pre-empted here tonight for fucking baseball. The shitty thing is that I'll probably end up missing the weekend repeat.
Guest Mole Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Damn I miss one episode of Smallville and Clark's told Lana his secret and they're together..........I would miss the pivotal episode. I believe she never finds out his secret. That is why they told Pete because everyone loved his character and they needed someone to go on his 'missions' with him.
LaParkaYourCar Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Yeah I realized I was wrong. I was just a little confused about comments that were being made in this episode cause I missed the last one.
Guest Mole Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 I hope she finds out though, they did kiss tonight.
The Dames Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 No, it was not. It was the first part of a two parter with the "to be continued" at the end. Dames
Guest the 1inch punch Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Chloe knows the secret though.....that was the last episode I saw
The Dames Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Chloe knows nothing either. What are you talking about? Dames
Guest Lethargic Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 Chloe found out the secret when they were all high on red kryptonite. Once she came down she didn't remember anything about it.
LaParkaYourCar Posted May 21, 2003 Report Posted May 21, 2003 Seems like they're blowing their load on Smallville at the end of this season. What are they supposed to do after all this? How much longer does this show have?
Guest raptor Posted May 21, 2003 Report Posted May 21, 2003 (edited) I agree to a certain extent, La Parka. There are however, a lot of things to work with next season: Spoiler (Highlight to Read): Clark/Krypton Stuff Lionel had Helen try to kill Lex (obvious from the finale) Chloe's bad Pete in his new badass role Now that Lana and Clark no each other's feelings, but Clark has resolved not to be with her, how do they repair that relationship? Clark's relationship with his parents is pretty fucked up Lionel's search fot evidence to Clark's secret etc... Edited May 21, 2003 by DrTom
Guest Vern Gagne Posted May 21, 2003 Report Posted May 21, 2003 "Chloe's bad Pete in his new badass role" How did this happen?
Guest DrTom Posted May 21, 2003 Report Posted May 21, 2003 I added some spoiler tags for you, Raptor, for the benefit of those who might not see the show until the weekend rebroadcast. Some opinions based on last night's season finale... Spoiler (Highlight to Read): Helen was obviously trying to kill Lex, at the wishes of Lionel. How Lex gets out of this one, apparently without Clark's help this time, will be interesting. Considering Clark stood him up as the best man, and now with the plane crash, I think we're going to start seeing the evil Lex come out more. I'm not convinced Chloe is bad yet. She might be trying to worm her way into Lionel's good graces just to find out what he knows about Clark, as opposed to actually trying to hurt Clark. Hell hath no fury and all that, but Chloe's been represented as an exceedinly decent person, so a sudden turn like that is out of character. Btw, "Slutty Chloe," in the second Red K episode, was a highlight of the season. Yowza! I liked how Clark destroyed the ship with the Green K key, but how he arrived at the conclusion that it would work seemed a little rushed. Still, I didn't like him donning the Red K ring at the end. It's a cheap plot device so that Clark doesn't have to be such a boy scout all the time, and even as distraught as he was, it's a stretch that he'd actually do something like that. Overall, it was a decent episode, and they certainly set some important things in motion for next year.
Guest pochorenella Posted May 22, 2003 Report Posted May 22, 2003 I really like Chloe's character and I think you're right in your asumptions, DrTom. At least, I hope you're right. I can't believe Clark did that in the finale. Interesting setup for next year, to say the least.
Guest raptor Posted May 22, 2003 Report Posted May 22, 2003 Sorry about the Spoiler thing guys. I'm usually on the ball about that kind of stuff, but I totally forgot about the EasyView broadcast. Sorry again, and thanks Tom.
