Yet, there always seem to be more Raven discussions than that of a certain English wrestler. Can't remember his name... you know, the guy who has to use brass knuckles for cheap heel heat? Actually, while on topic (sort of)... kingpk made a comparison in his Backlash review between Ken Shamrock and William Regal in that both men are technically very skilled but can very rarely find anyone compatible enough to put on a good match with. Do you agree or no? Shamrock was before my time, so it's all you on this one.

He had some good matches but I can't think of anything that he never did that was great. Anywho- I agree that there aren't a lot of wrestlers who can work Regal's style but I've never used that as an excuse for him when people talk about his poor in ring work. I've enjoyed the Commonwealth Connection and the tag matches they've put on. Has Regal lost a step? Yes Is he as bad as people say? No Is he better then Raven? Oh absolutely

Oh absolutely I beg to differ Although I'm not that big a Regal fan, I don't think he's anywhere near as bad as people say, I just have a problem with how he's used. He's an awesome heel with great facial expressions and all, but all I've ever seen him used for is either cheap heat (Unamericans, commissioner) or "old school heat" (brass knux) that seems old hat. That's my only "problem" with Regal. ::waits for Regal to get fired so we can start a Regal thread and continue this discussion. Shouldn't take long ::
