Guest HorsemenGlory Report post Posted February 2, 2003 I was watching some old Coliseum Video tapes of mine, and I started to wonder how come WWE doesn't put out Best of's or Supertape like tapes or DVDs now? After all it is a wrestling federation, and all we get now is these clipped matches and people talking about what its like to be in the WWE. So why dont they do it? The older Coliseum videos would have matches that were from house shows or international tours (or something else like that) that had never been seen anywhere else (Flair vs. Bret, for example). Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted February 2, 2003 It's because they probably realized that selling Overseas Shows in their enterity as opposed to a "World Tour" tape will make more profit. Ditto with "Best of Hulk Hogan" as opposed to a Supertape. Even though it's fun looking back on the Coliseum Video tapes (like the Wrestlefest ones), they can make more money on different types of video today. HHH really should think about doing that as it would probably help his image a wee bit due to him putting Tajiri over. ... Guest NoSelfWorth Report post Posted February 2, 2003 It wouldn't help his image unless they edited that match down to show only HGH on offense, and make it 3 minutes long.
