I go on the Net. I know what people are saying about me. "Peter MacDougal has become too old. He's hurt. He's washed up. His precious XF9 is gone. He doesn't have it in him to make another run. He's just not hardcore any more." Well, let me tell you something about being hardcore. After Chris Wilson and Perfect Bo damn near broke both my legs, I didn't think I'd be able to return either. As I sat at home watching X Force 9, the stable I built here in the SWF, crumble without proper leadership, I didn't think I had a reason to return. After emergency arthroscopic surgery was required on both my knees, I thought - in fact, I had been outright told - that my career as an active wrestler was over. But I've spent the last several months rehabbing my knees. I continued my training, even when I wanted to give up, even when I thought I could barely walk. And now? X Force 9 still exists -- though somewhat dubiously -- through Tod deKindes. The man I took on as my protege so many months ago has blasphemed the name I hold most dear, soiling its legacy with his own unscrupulous deeds. You've seen how hardcore I can be. You saw what I did to Jay Dawg at the Clusterfuck. I have been through the fire and the darkness and come out stronger than ever. Now that I have returned, I will reclaim the honors that are rightfully mine here in the SWF, whatever the cost. I will become a champion in this bid'ness once again, no matter who I have to go through to do it. Whether it's Tod deKindes, or foulmouthed rookie Ejiro Fasaki at the bottom of the ladder -- or even if I have to dethrone El Luchadore Magnifico himself. It makes no difference to me. Prepare yourselves. Longdogger Pete... is back in the house.

Anyway, good stuff LDP is back and ready to climb back up to the top if he has to whup everyone to get there.
