Current: Cleveland Cavs away jerseys are pretty ugly, so is their record *canned laughter*. Montreal Expos aren't really ugly but they suck. All Time: Hands down 87-88 Denver Nuggets *shudders*. Close runner ups are the jerseys the Toronto Raptors wore up till about 99-00. Purple with stripes and a goofy ass dinosaur playing basketball on the jersey, those jerseys were just ass ugly(Anyone got a pic of the old Raptors uniform?). The Tampa Bay Buccanneers uniforms they used up till 97 also sucked gonnads, nobody's gonna take you seriously when you have a gay pirate on your helmet and look like a creamsicle
Guest treble charged Posted February 6, 2003 Report Posted February 6, 2003 The Raptors jerseys weren't ugly, but they were goofy. I think they just made them to market them to little kids. The Expos uniforms are just plain, like every other pinstripe one. There's really not a lot of difference between their's and, say, the Cubs.

I thought the old Raptors jerseys were kind of funny seeing how they were being worn by big tall black guys. Now if that's not comedy gold I don't know what is.

And odd as it might sound, I'm making a go at acquiring the gauntlet of Vancouver Canucks jerseys - collectively the worst series of jerseys EVER. There have been: - The original "stick in a rink forming a C" - The gawdawful yellow jersey with the black, orange-red and yellow V - The skate logo with "Canucks" blade (sadly the best of the lot) - The current "Killer Whale" jersey, which is simply a form of corporate branding (the Canucks' owners are called Orca Bay) I have a pic somewhere. I'll have to post it to prove my point... (edit) here we go...

The A's uni's back in the seventies, the ones with the bright yellow and green. Both would make you go blind looking at them for too long. I am not a big fan of the Broncos new uni's. Just something about them that I can't pinpoint, which just screams ugly, to me. Actually, most of the seventies uniforms were all equally bad. Like they were designed by a color blind tailor or something.

Verne your the only fan of The old Tampa uniforms I've heard of and I'm not kidding . As for Patriot Pat, I'm sort of indifferent myself but everyone around my school is wearing throwback Tom Brady jerseys. Teens dig Patriot Pat I guess.

The older Whalers' sweaters, which were pea green with a white logo (well, the road sweaters, at least) were pretty damn ugly. However, in their last few years before they moved, they changed the colours to more of a turqoise/aqua with some grey worked in, and they actually looked pretty good, better than the Hurricanes' ones, at least.

They are real cool looking. The Ugliest current uniforms are the Bills away uniforms, i don't like the Cav's uniform either.

The Islanders wear this really ugly orange jersey now, but its not worst then the Bruins alternate jersey that is really yellow with a giant spot on it that's suppose to be a bear. I don't know if they still wear them?

The Tampa Buy Bucs' original attire was an eyesore and the Denver Nuggets' "rainbow" jersey is plain ugly.

Another example of how Buffalo can't do things right. They take a decent uniform (in this case that of the Montreal Alouettes) and somehow make it damn ugly. I'm not a big fan of the Sabres current uniform either. They shoulda stuck with the old ones...

The Rangers' 3rd isn't too bad.

A classy, old-style one worn when they play their original 6 rivals. Also, I really like the Senators' black alternate jerseys. I don't really like their normal road sweaters, and wish they'd change permanently to the black ones.

White home, grey away, dark alternates. Totally boring, and it reflects how stale the game has become. - the original Raptors and Grizzlies jerseys. I'm convinced that David Stern actually had the team names, logos and uniforms prepared well in advance and that the entire "name the team" contest was fixed. - the older Mavericks unis were pretty bad as well - not the ugliest, but one of the worst is the Doug Christie jersey. Fans of The Sports Guy will know what I mean here...
