Guest papacita Report post Posted February 7, 2003 Yeah, they changed to Booker and Stevie when they took on Sherri as their manager. And Stevie's real name is Lane.

Guest Kagato Otaku Report post Posted February 7, 2003 In their first run in WCW they were Kane and Kole but when they came back in 1995 they had new names (booker t and stevie ray)... Came back from where? They went by Booker T & Stevie Ray back when they were The Ebony Experience in Global, and did a name switch to Kane & Kole when they were called up to WCW. But they never went anywhere. Around August of '94, the announcers just said they wanted a name change.
Guest Kagato Otaku Report post Posted February 7, 2003 Come to think of it, they may have been dropped for a short period of time, maybe around February to mid-summer of that year. But the way tapings worked, it would have seemed like they missed no time at all. But I do know they were on the active roster during August of '94.

He means "new" names as far as ring names go.. they had never used Booker or Stevie before that to my knowledge, even when they were the Ebony Express.
