Guest BobBacklundRules Report post Posted February 10, 2003 You don't realize how fucking idiotic you are. Guest TheCynicalHateMongerFromHell Report post Posted February 10, 2003 Oh BOO HOO. A wrestler died. Why don't we all cry and have chest pains. In fact, lets all kill ourselves so we can be dead like Curt Hennig. Because we love him. Considering I am TheCynicalHateMongerFromHell, I should agree with your statement. But see, I have a soul underneath my posting gimmick - unlike your pussy bitch ass. You are a pathetic excuse for a human being, and its aa shame God doesn't take away insensitive assholes like you rather than quality human beings. Maybe when you gain an once of maturity, or when some close to you dies, you'll learn some fucking respect. With that, I call for your fucking head off your shoulder onto a platter. We'll dedicate it in the memory of Curt Hennig.
Guest Caliban Report post Posted February 10, 2003 You know, I watched SummerSlam '89 just a couple of days ago, and one of the things that stood out on that tape was Mr. Perfect's match with the Red Rooster... He didn't look much younger. He kept himself in great shape, so this comes as a complete shock. RIP
Guest papacita Report post Posted February 10, 2003 OMFG! I can't believe that. With HBK, Perfect is probably my all-time favorite wrestler...I can't even put into words what's going through my mind right now. RIP Curt.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted February 10, 2003 Out of all the deaths in wrestling, this was the hardest to take next to Owen Hart. Curt Hennig was always my favourite wrestler growing up, and I still held great fondness for him. In my EWR 1989 WWF scenario, he has held the World Title for months. He is simply my favourite wrestler of all time. He did his job as well as anybody. I can't really say much more about the subject. Godspeed, Mr. P!
Guest EternallyLazy Report post Posted February 10, 2003 Wasn't Hennig a close personal friend of Linda and Vince? He'll get a tribute. There's no reason for him not to

Guest Downhome Report post Posted February 10, 2003 For me, when a Pro. Wrestler passes on, it means so much to me. I watch them on TV not on just a TV show in my opinion, not just acting in some film, but to me the guys in Pro. Wrestling are more "real" than any other genre of entertainment. I feel as if I'm close to these people, even when I've never met them in my life. I can't explain it, but when a Pro. Wrestler dies, I actually feel like a member of my very family has passed on. When you really think about it, that is exactly what happens. A member of OUR family, us as Pro. Wrestling fans has died today. You may not feel as close to them as I do, but watching them week after week, year after year, I personally feel closer to them more than any other type of person in entertainment or sports. Today, we lost one of the greatest members of that family... ...Curt "Mr. Perfect" Hennig. I almost always despised Mr. Perfect, he was my least favorite Pro. Wrestler I'd ever seen! I wanted nothing more than to see him get beat up, by whomever he faced. I didn't hate him as a person, or as a wrestler, but rather, as a heel. I loved his heel character so much, I almost always wanted to see him be destroyed. When he was a face, what few times there were, I loved him totally, and always stood behind him. He had the perfect character, pun intended. From his towel throw, the chewing gum slap, to his heelish antics on the mic and in the ring, everything he did could get the crowd winded up. It wasn't untill he slammed a cage door on a certain Ric Flair, that I truly with all my heart HATED a heel and was totally angered by a Pro. Wrestling angle. Yes, Curt Hennig was gold at just about everything he ever did in this sport. I mean, he made the West Texas Rednecks a pretty good angle, when it had no right to be, lol. I'm not going to just be pissed at the world, cuss at whoever, and just show my anger at Curt Hennig's passing. No, instead, I'm going to say one thing, and one thing only to this dear member of the Pro. Wrestling family, our family... ...Curt" Mr. Perfect" Hennig, may you forever, and always, rest in peace. You were one for the ages, and will never be forgotten by me. You will always be remembered, as simply, perfect.

Guest CED Ordonez Report post Posted February 10, 2003 Once I saw the headline, I immediately went to Meltzer's site and, sadly, he confirmed it as well. It's made more depressing seeing as how I saw him on TV mere months ago. 10 Bell Salute: "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig

Guest AhmedFan86 Report post Posted February 10, 2003 Why ban the guy? Just because he doesn't care that someone died? Oh no, it's the end of the damn world, because someone miles away from you disagrees. But then again, everyone's gotta think the same around here in order to not get flamed. This whole board is filled with followers. You all hate HHH. You all love Benoit. Not that I don't agree with you, but I'm guaranteeing that a lot of you only do those things because everyone else here does them. I don't necessarily agree with Koppo either, because of course I feel a little bit bad, but not THAT much. Whoever bitches about someone being banned for THAT is really stupid. Seriously. Cry me a river. I need to fish.
Guest fazzle Report post Posted February 10, 2003 Why ban the guy? Just because he doesn't care that someone died? Oh no, it's the end of the damn world, because someone miles away from you disagrees. No, it's not that he didn't care. If he didn't care, he wouldn't have posted in this thread. Period. He was trolling, there's a huge difference.

Guest AhmedFan86 Report post Posted February 10, 2003 Eh. If everyone else can post that they did care, then why can't he post that he didn't? It's just the other side of the argument.
Guest edge-o-matic Report post Posted February 10, 2003 It's on the WWE site now.. http://www.wwe.com/news/headlines/ "WWE is saddened to report the passing of Curt Hennig WWE is saddened to report the passing of former WWE Superstar "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig. Guest Army Eye Report post Posted February 10, 2003 Eh. If everyone else can post that they did care, then why can't he post that he didn't? It's just the other side of the argument. Because it's blatant trolling? A human being has died here. There is no call for comments like that. If you don't care, then why post in the thread? The only possible answer is, trolling. Yuna_Firerose 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2003 You all hate HHH. You all love Benoit. I don't love Benoit....I love Stevie, though. Eh. If everyone else can post that they did care, then why can't he post that he didn't? It's just the other side of the argument. And it's also disrespectful, and thus, wasn't necessary.
