Guest BobbyWhioux Posted February 12, 2003 Report Posted February 12, 2003 Maybe the show's rating was up because it was a little lighhht. I was wondering how long til someone threw that up in the air. Sigh. Well, I didn't have a Nielsen box or diary or whatever, but I can say that I found it easier to watch Raw most of the way through the other night, and I noticed the diminished role and face time Triple H got. Triple H's segments tend to turn me off to the show, and I usually tune out when he comes on for a long time to talk or wrestle, and I end up playing Grand Theft Auto Vice City for the evening and never tuning back in. So I don't know about the ratings in general, but I do personally attribute my viewing the show most of the way through to the reduction of HHH time (even though it was only the result of INCREASED Vince McMahon time, which I don't like either. Especially since, as Redhawk quipped, that there's a good chance Vince will interpret the ratings increase as being attributable to him and a sign that the viewers want to see more of him. Urgh.)
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted February 12, 2003 Report Posted February 12, 2003 I know many people who watched it this week because of the Bischoff firing alone, and finding out who the new GM was. That is the reason that ratings went up.
Guest El Satanico Posted February 12, 2003 Report Posted February 12, 2003 And all of them getting screwed with a non ending and more Austin baiting that doesn't deliver will be why they plummet agane.

Exactly. They didn't care about Austin too much, but they were pissed that Bischoff got rehired and nothing actually happened.

If you missed RAW this week....you missed nothing.
Guest THE MIGHTY THOR Posted February 13, 2003 Report Posted February 13, 2003 Most likely RAW will go back down in the ratings next week b/c of the bait and switch they gave us last monday, yeah Vince keep on pissing us off and we might just stop watching forever.
