Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted February 13, 2003 Personally, I'm not really brand-loyal. I'll smoke about any full-flavored menthol. Salem, Parliament, Camel, and Kool are my usual. Whenever I don't feel like minty cancer, I opt for the BLACK DEATH~! if they're available.
Guest The Metal Maniac Report post Posted February 13, 2003 I'll smoke some Swisher Sweets Cigarellos once in a while, but that's really about it. I don't like smoking tobacco, because it generally just doesn't taste too good. I'll have a smoke once in a blue moon (Most often Player's Light) but that's about it, and it's usually just for it's odor-covering capabilities. And on a side note, FUCK, Camels are terrible. Guest LooseCannon Report post Posted February 13, 2003 I just quit smoking last weekend. But it used to be Camel Lights.
Guest Kinetic Report post Posted February 13, 2003 Conversely, I've started smoking more, as my desire for an early death is reaching all-time highs. I'm not really brand loyal so much as I'm loyal to the brands that aren't expensive. In Texas, I smoked Basics full flavor because I could buy cheap cartons of them on base. They have a cheap brand here called Monarch that I've taken to. $1.65 for a pack is fine by me.
Guest LooseCannon Report post Posted February 13, 2003 I used to buy the cheap packs myself. Or I'd buy whatever was on sale. But if all things were equal, I'd smoke the Camel Lights. But I'd never smoke a menthol. Not for money. Not on a dare.
Guest Kinetic Report post Posted February 13, 2003 No, menthols are terrible. The only cigarettes that I really object to are menthols and Camels, just because they wreak havoc on my throat. Camels, especially. Menthols just taste awful. Another thing I dislike are 100s. I can see the use of these when chain-smoking, which I only do in social situations; but for solitary smoking excursions, 100s take far too long to get through. Chunk 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2003 I just quit smoking last weekend. But it used to be Camel Lights. Well done man. I dont smoke. The whole fatal disease thing never really appealed to me. But I couldnt afford to even if I wanted to. I knew that fags were expensive over here, but I was shocked when the women in fron bought 2 packets of John Player Specials at the supermarket, and it came to over £8! ChUnK! Guest kkktookmybabyaway Report post Posted February 14, 2003 I never smoked, but a few times back in my college days I used Swisher Sweets Cigarellos to keep me up when driving late at night. Otherwise I would have nodded off...
Guest RepoMan Report post Posted February 14, 2003 I smoke Camel Lights ussually. I'll sometimes venture into menthol land when I get tired of Camels.

Guest LooseCannon Report post Posted February 14, 2003 I just quit smoking last weekend. But it used to be Camel Lights. Well done man. Thanks. If I put on any weight however. It's right back to the cigarettes. The ladies just aren't very fond of a fatassed LooseCannon. And that's the one allowance I'll make for them.

Guest MaxPower27 Report post Posted February 14, 2003 Marlboro Lights. It's easier, because when I don't have any smokes at work, everyone else smokes Marlboro Lights, so it's easy to "bum a fag"
Guest razazteca Report post Posted February 14, 2003 Imperial Cloves will numb your lips and leave a banana taste in your month.
Guest IDrinkRatsMilk Report post Posted February 14, 2003 I smoke Marlboro reds myself. I used to smoke Lucky Strikes for the image, but I don't care about that anymore, and have found Marlboros to be the better cigarette.

I used to smoke Lucky Strikes for the image, but I don't care about that anymore, and have found Marlboros to be the better cigarette. I smoked Lucky Strike filters for a month maybe. Horrible cigarettes, they are.
Guest JAxlMorrison Report post Posted February 16, 2003 Anything Menthol light.........I grew up with a bunch of people who smoked menthol, so I don't really have a choice anymore, lol. As far as brands go, ,I have absolutely no loyalty, Marlboro, Salem, Pall Mall, even as low class as USAs.
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted February 16, 2003 When I do start smoking, it'll probably be Swisher Sweets Cigarellos. I love the small of the smoke from those things. I just don't want to live a long life, so I figure smoking = delightful. I just HATE that smoker's cough though.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted February 17, 2003 Smoking is indeed delightful, and I love every tar and nicotine-enriched puff I take. I'm not a big cigar guy, although I'll grab a sack of Backwoods when the mood strikes.
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted February 17, 2003 Maybe, one day, smoking will become a fad diet. (Again?) To me, it is one benfit of smoking. Another is: I don't have to live as long. I've always been too pussy to commit suicide or get involved in the military.
Guest Kinetic Report post Posted February 17, 2003 The promise of an early death is a contributing factor in my smoking habit, as well. I also plan to take up drinking very shortly. If I live to be 50, I'll consider myself a failure.
Guest crandamaniac Report post Posted February 18, 2003 The promise of an early death is a contributing factor in my smoking habit Why is this about 70% of the smokers I know reason for smoking? Seriously, if you use smoking to get that much closer to death, then why wait so long? No offense to any smokers, but I've always hated that reason
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted February 18, 2003 Well, I guess if you're smoking a number of packs *every single day* for years on end, that must cut your life span VERY significantly. Maybe the smokers you know are just trying to sound cool, or something.
Guest IDrinkRatsMilk Report post Posted February 18, 2003 I'll say this about wanting to die, it's shuts those good samaritans who give you shit about smoking the fuck up. It's like, "Why do you smoke?" "Because I want to get lung cancer." "Well... you will!" "Good." "..."
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted February 18, 2003 IDRM, you're doing it all wrong. When they ask that, you need to say "Because second hand smoke is more dangerous. I'm trying to kill you." "What?" From here on out, the conversation is YOURS. Fuckin' nonsmokers.
Guest wrestlingfanatic Report post Posted February 20, 2003 I smoke cigars. I stick with Arturo Fuente Romeo&Julieta Macanudo and if I have the money Cuban Bolivars
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted February 20, 2003 Another question: Anyone in here dip or chew? In my more foolish days, I tried a big ol' pinch of Red Man. It is something I will definitely never..EVER do again.
Guest wrestlingfanatic Report post Posted February 20, 2003 I tried that once. I threw up 5 seconds later. Anyone who chews tobacco is a hick or someone who cannot taste at all.
Guest IDrinkRatsMilk Report post Posted February 20, 2003 I had no intention of actually, you know, chewing it, but I did give it a shot to see what it would taste like. Bad.
