I am glad they finally are cutting through the useless flab that has never amounted to anything. Dlo, like Albert and others simply will never be profitable for the company. They've been jobbed out, and being low carders for too long. Cut them all, start with some new guys. Thats what I say. Its a smart decision, because he would not have been worth resigning. They probably gave him his gimmick to test the crowd reaction and to see if he was worth keeping...Obviously they felt he wasn't. I can't remember who said it, but I agree that the audience will immediatly tune out certain sorts of stupidity, and race is one of them. The paycut was significant, as it would have dropped him down to about $75,000 from the $300,000+ he was making. PS, he got released at this time because his contract was up this month and they figured if things weren't working out now, it wouldn't cost them anything to fire him. He's one of the long time loyal people like Taker and Rikishi. Albert I could see since they weren't happy with him over his matches with Edge and he doesn't ever do much anyway. Crash probably will be cut since you hardly see him anymore. Tommy Dreamer will probably stay on till he retires then become a road agent or something since he's a good man for the business.
