What do you think of WrestleMania?

I thought last years Mania sucked hardcore.

 

That being said...this years will be far better by default.

 

Sure there's going to be crap like Hogan/Vince and Taker/whoever...

 

but Austin/Rock and Lesnar/Angle will be far better than anything last year.

 

Other than those I see HBK/Jericho and HHH vs. either Booker T or Steiner again.

 

That still leaves a whole mess of great guys like Benoit, Eddy & Chavo, Edge, RVD, Misterio and so on. Maybe they'll just have RVD and Kane in a tag match or something...but still...

 

Will you order just because its Mania? I wasn't going to for that reason alone...but there could be some real good matches this year.

I *still* don't get the logic behind having Austin go against Rock. It really doesn't benefit anybody. If Rock is leaving for a long while, why not put over someone to elevate them?

They couldn't get Goldberg and want as many big matches as they can have. It would be better with Rock putting over Benoit...but that's not a Mania match in the WWE world.

Well...like I said. Austin/Rock and Angle/Brock are two better matches than most ppvs can put together. And Benoit still doesn't have a match so things could be real good.

 

Although I get the feeling it could be Benoit/Edge vs. Team Angle with the Guerreros getting screwed again. Or maybe a 3 way.

Flair v. Taker was a great underrated match.

Triple H v. Jericho was also very good.

Hogan v. Rock was amazing to watch.

 

DDP v. Christian, Kane v. Angle, RVD v. Regal and Booker T v. Edge were all solid matches.

 

And the hardcore segments were very entertaining

First of all that match had no purpose being in a huge stadium. That's a hockey arena sized match. Secondly...I don't thrill to seeing a guy have his leg worked forever just to hit his finisher on that leg and keep on truckin.
