Guest caboose Report post Posted February 21, 2003 For whatever reason, be it Austin, Heel Rocky Vs. Hogan, The 6 man tag, Mattitude Vs. Kidman etc, I am really looking forward towards No Way Out. I haven't been this pumped about a WWE PPV since SummerSlam 2002, and last year's Wrestlmania, and that was solely for Rocky/Hogan. Am I going mental? Or is No Way Out really shaping up to be good> What do the rest of you guys and gals think?
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 Tell you what i'm looking forward to, on the hope that he doesn't back out. I'm looking forward to that first step that Shawn Michaels takes into the Canadian arena that they are in, i can't wait to see the reaction.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Report post Posted February 21, 2003 You're not going mental... unless of course you try to give me a gun rack. No, Austin giving Bischoff a hellacous ass-beating should be fun from a smark point-of-view. The 6-Man should be fantastic. Rock vs. Hogan will be mythic. HHH vs. Steiner will be... entertaining. Should be fun.
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I thought that HBK wasn't going to be there. If he is,... maybe I will order the show.
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I thought that HBK wasn't going to be there. If he is,... maybe I will order the show. WAIT!!! don't quote me on that since we get it free in the uk, i'll watch, but i wouldn't buy it if i was in the states mate, especially now the 6-man is in danger. Of course, some of us die hard bret fans still want the best to be there so badly, we start believing it,.. Bret Hart WILL be there. yes.
FigureFourTapes 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I can't wait for Austin to beat the snot of EZE, the six man should be good, Rock/Hogan is gonna be great due to fan reaction, and well HHH vs. BPP is HHH vs. BPP. The show should turn out alright. As long as Brock doesn't bring out his Godly powers, and beat Team Angle single handed.
Guest the pinjockey Report post Posted February 21, 2003 No I would not pay to see Austin/Bisch, Rock/Hogan was all atmosphere the first time this time I don't see the importance and it will be a bad match to boot, the 6 man does not interest me much, and Jericho is facing Jeff Hardy. So I have no interest in this show at all.
Guest tpww7 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I order every show so eh. The show has some potential.
Guest creativename Report post Posted February 21, 2003 HHH vs. Steiner will be... entertaining. Did I miss the subtle sarcasm here...?
Guest Anorak Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I'm quietly optimistic that it will be a good show, the card certainly looks pretty decent on paper and hopefully there will be a hot Canadian crowd as well. There's some real legit history in relation to Austin/Bischoff & Michaels/Montreal and it should make for some interesting viewing (hope Mr McMahon is past those none to subtle screwjob references). Even if no match lives up to last months Angle/Benoit or last years Angle/Benoit v Mysterio/Edge it could be the best overall show since Summerslam with a bit of luck. Guest tpww7 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 It'll be entertaining to see them get booed out of the building again.
The Dames 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 HHH vs. Steiner will be... entertaining. Did I miss the subtle sarcasm here...? I think he means he'll be entertained by how bad it'll be. Dames
Guest TheArchiteck Report post Posted February 21, 2003 Why do yall want to see Eric get his ass kicked? It won't happen anyways! Did you see Raw?! 8th degree black belt! Lethal kicks can split rock hard watermelon, break damn near iron like wood boards, plus he exerted extreme force into shattering the cinderblock without crushing JR's skull. Talk about power! Stone Cold is gonna get his ass WHOOPED!
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Report post Posted February 21, 2003 HHH vs. Steiner will be... entertaining. Did I miss the subtle sarcasm here...? No. HHH/BPP was the best comedy match I've ever seen. It was entertaining the way watching people die in bad horror movies is entertaining.
Guest converge241 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 Im getting a little psyched up for some of it i cant wait to see the crowd go nuts for Austin Montreal will give that same god audience that made Rock-Hogan I a treat..theres stuff im not thrilled about on the card but yeah im getting amped
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 21, 2003 No. This looks like it should be as bad as NWO 2002 TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE card Austin/Bish might be fun. Rock/Hogan will be ruined by vince. And it all goes down hill from here. H/Steiner? Jericho/Hardy? Taker/Show? Mattitude vs. Boringtude? The Unlikely Duo of RVD and Kane vs. The Boring Duo of Lance Storm and William Regal? The six man tag that no one knows what's happenign which is an absolute make or break for the title feud? Oh this will suck.
Guest pappajacks Report post Posted February 21, 2003 The only thing I'm psyched about is the reaction that HBK will receive if he ever shows up. That alone is worth $35. Montreal will eat HBK alive.
Guest tpww7 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 It's not going to be very likely that HBK shows up. If he does, I guess he can come out to manage Jeff Hardy.
Guest Downhome Report post Posted February 21, 2003 If any of you can tell me what to use to record the webcast, I will either upload the matches from the PPV, or I will send them to anyone who wants them. If you have any idea, let me know. By the way... ...I'm VERY psyched for No Way Out, I am really looking forward to it.
Guest Austin3164life Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I could see Goldberg spearing Austin on Sunday night, allowing Bischoff to win, setting up Austin vs. Goldberg at Wrestlemania, but that depends on how the talks between Goldberg and Vince are going. Guest caboose Report post Posted February 21, 2003 There is no way HBK will come out at No Way Out. HBK/Jericho looks still to be on for WMania, and HBK has to be a strong face when he jobs to Jericho. If he shows, it will just serve to confuse fans. Guest bob_barron Report post Posted February 21, 2003 Here's why I don't think HBK will be there- (well besides the obvious reason) Tomorrow he is doing an autograph signing in Mississauga wich is right outside of Toronto- the site of RAW. So why have him go from Toronto-Montreal-Toronto when he could just spend all weekend in TO?
Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I'm excited for No Way Out, because I'm watching it with 8-10 of my friends on one of their big screen TVs (Haven't done it since Vengeance), and we all basically want to see Rock/Hogan II, Austin/Bischoff, and mostly the rest of it. Mostly Rock/Hogan. This card does have potential...let's just see if they can fuck it up.
TheOriginalOrangeGoblin 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I'm surprisingly hyped for this show. I don't why but I get the feleing the Ausitn/Bischoff match will have Austin murder Bisch until someone comeso ut and cosst Ausitn the match.
Guest tpww7 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 Just because he is doing an autograph signing in Toronto means nothing. How far is Toronto from Montreal?
Guest Brian Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I'm actually just sort of disappointed. The Goldberg news, no direction for Benoit, Edge's injury, the direction of Brock/Angle at the moment, and the general sensation of NWO being a placeholder PPV with very little wresling on the card plus no Guerreros or Rey (though the latter gets a PPV pay-off) doesn't get me pumped. Guest El Satanico Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I'm unimpressed by it all so I don't care if i see it or not. I may watch it, but there's no way in hell I'd pay to see it. The only match that will be interesting is the 6 man which may turn out to be a 5 man. The Austin match could be interesting depending on what happens during it. There's no way it'll be a straight up match so there will be some hijinks.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Report post Posted February 21, 2003 What would your reaction be if HBK got a pop at Montreal? I'd laugh my ass off.
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2003 I wouldn't be surprised, i wouldn't be shocked at all if the WWE pumped cheers over the PA system, lol.
