Guest Kingpk Posted February 21, 2003 Report Posted February 21, 2003 After I finish up the Wrestlemania Trifecta, I don't know what tape I'll do next. I decided to be democratic and let you choose. If I get any others, I'll let you know.
The Dames Posted February 21, 2003 Report Posted February 21, 2003 Depends on what's on the tapes.... Dames
Guest Kingpk Posted February 21, 2003 Report Posted February 21, 2003 Actually, HHGM, Confirmed Hits, and the HBK tape I've already done for Smark Talk, but the reviews suck. The last 4 tapes are from '95 or so. The HBK one and Confirmed Hits is good, and the Amazing Matches tape has a bunch of gimmick matches, including Hart/Lawler "Kiss my foot" and the Hog Pen Match.
Guest bob_barron Posted February 21, 2003 Report Posted February 21, 2003 I think you overrated some of the matches but overall you wrote a great review of WM 2000. ::Plugs review of WM2000 which will be up in late March:: Anywho- good job.
Guest Retro Rob Posted February 23, 2003 Report Posted February 23, 2003 I like mid-90's Shawn Michaels matches, so that's what I picked.
Guest goodhelmet Posted February 24, 2003 Report Posted February 24, 2003 i also voted for the HBK tape. quite frankly, most of the other old shows on the list have already been reviewed 100 times by other writers and rarely do you see someone go against the grain of opinion that someone like SK had indicated 2-5 years ago. with that said, i would much rather see a tape review of something that barely anyone has touched on the net than the 85th rehash of some Coliseum Video, for example. Pick shows that are on the fringe or that haven't been over-exposed!!!!
