Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted March 19, 2002 Scott looks at wrestling a lot, maybe too much, for the actual wrestling and nothing else. I was expecting he would at least comment about the crowd and Rocky's obvious heel role through the whole thing, and how it could be a problem if booing The Rock becomes a popular sport in the future, what with his movie and all. No real comments other than "People pop for Hogan and I worry for the future of humanity." He's an entertaining read because he's seen a lot of stuff and if there's an angle which I think smells of crap he will completely agonize over it, but I don't really take him as the final word on whether a match was good or bad, and his opinions don't always jive with mine. Guest starvenger Report post Posted March 19, 2002 It's funny, but I had more of a problem with Keith ripping on the Leafs and the fans as opposed to anything he said about the match. Remember, any other Canadians cheering for the heels is fine and even a bit wacky, but when Torontonians boo the Rock they're uneducated, whiny and bitter about the Leafs not winning the Cup in 35 years. I mean, sure we're bitter (hey, the team was absolute shit in the 80's, wouldn't you be?) but what does that have to do with booing the Rock?
