Guest Goodear Report post Posted February 25, 2003 SWF Smarkdown! Opening Promo Xero Xero tells us that only Dopes do Dope and that Extasy is for Idiots and that Cocain... well Cocain is good for you. Hardcore Match Annie Eclectic v. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson Well... I guess this all depends on who shows up (TNT) and who works the stipulation the best. I'm a big Annie fan, but I really hope she doesn't win here against the guy that is supposed to be the next big challenger to ELM. That wouldn't be good. PREDICTION: Annie anyway Singles Match Longdogger Pete v. Tom "The Superior One" Flesher Hmm, I don't think I have really seen the best of Pete just yet. But Tom is just so darn good that its hard to pick anyone but the tippy top guys against him. Should be much better than facing a guy who is dying in the ring too. PREDICTION: Flesher Triple Threat Match - #1 Contendership to the U.S. Title Wildchild v. Micheal Craven v. Fugue Sweet match ... I think the test of the winner will be the one who can merge all of the different styles together into the best whole. I personally think Wildchild has the best history of doing that... so I'll pick him. PREDICTION: Wildchild Singles Match for the U.S. Title Danny Williams © v. Johnny "The Barracuda" Dangerous ... Just wanted to give Danny something to do right? Why else would you give Dangerous this spot and make WC and Fugue work for it? PREDICTION: Danny Special Non-Title Boxing Match Frost v. El Luchador Magnifico Christ almighty. Frost told us he wanted to do this sort of match and I just flinched. But here it is... I'm hoping that the skills will overcome the stipulation here (I'm still iffy about the idea of building a match entirely around punching). Anyway, Frost came up with this, so I would think he has a few things planned. PREDICTION: Frost Main Event #1 Contendership to the Tag Team Titles CIA & Mak Francis v. Judge Mental & Ejiro Fasaki Lets go MEEEEEEEEEEE ... oh and Judge too No Prediction
Guest Ace309 Report post Posted February 25, 2003 SWF Smarkdown! - The greatest Smarkdown in years! Opening Promo Xero - Xero somehow jobs. (Y) Hardcore Match Annie Eclectic v. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson - I'm going to have to go with TNT, unless he wants his ass in a sling. PREDICTION: TNT via camel clutch. Singles Match Longdogger Pete v. Tom "The Superior One" Flesher - w00t. PREDICTION: I need a soda. Triple Threat Match - #1 Contendership to the U.S. Title Wildchild v. Michael Craven v. Fugue - Well, you've got the pinball, the angry heel and the slightly off-kilter M7-er. Three completely different styles are in play here, but I think Fugue's wrestling style can do the best against these two, so logical booking says to go with Mr. Herrera. PREDICTION: Fugue by one of them-thar Mr. Salties. Singles Match for the U.S. Title Danny Williams © v. Johnny "The Barracuda" Dangerous - Johnny hasn't been around in weeks, and even if he had, Danny's teh roxor. PREDICTION: Danny Williams via Deathbomb. Special Non-Title Boxing Match Frost v. El Luchador Magnifico - Sweet mother Mary. PREDICTION: Something involving a spit bucket. Main Event #1 Contendership to the Tag Team Titles CIA & Mak Francis v. Judge Mental & Ejiro Fasaki - Well, you've got two excellent teams facing off. I do think CIA's sort of the odd man out, stylewise, which will hopefully play into the match. I'm getting a very British Bulldogs vibe from CIA and Mak, which I hope they act on. However... PREDICTION: Justice and Rule via figure-seven.
Guest Powerplay Report post Posted February 25, 2003 SWF Smarkdown! Opening Promo Xero Hardcore Match Annie Eclectic v. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson - I'm really torn, but I think TNT will and probably should take this one. Singles Match Longdogger Pete v. Tom "The Superior One" Flesher - Tom. Do I need to say anything more? Triple Threat Match - #1 Contendership to the U.S. Title Wildchild v. Micheal Craven v. Fugue - Tough, but I see Fugue coming out of this one on top. Singles Match for the U.S. Title Danny Williams © v. Johnny "The Barracuda" Dangerous - Arg. I wish Johnny could win this, but I think this is pretty much all Danny. Special Non-Title Boxing Match Frost v. El Luchador Magnifico - Um, this is gonna be like Rocky IV, only with better plot and the European guy coming out on top. I mean... JESUS. Main Event #1 Contendership to the Tag Team Titles CIA & Mak Francis v. Judge Mental & Ejiro Fasaki - Two guys who I've admired from my first days reading a SJL Match. Ejiro is a fantastic writer and has a real mind for Tag Matches, and I think we stand a reasonable chance here.

Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted February 25, 2003 Opening Promo Xero -Puts on a conductors cap and hops aboard the job train. Hardcore Match Annie Eclectic v. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson -Logical booking says TNT. I think he's let himself down after the big CF win and that is mighty dangerous. Annie is hit or miss, but usually solid and I hope to possibly work an extended program with her at some point (wink, wink, nudge, nudge, say no more). If TNT gets focused and writes, he's got this. WINNER: TNT Singles Match Longdogger Pete v. Tom "The Superior One" Flesher -It seems like Pete is going to give it one last go before going off into the sunset again. And Pete seems like the guy that even though he does write, might put Tom over. Not like he needs it. In tagging with Tom I'm just learning how much he jives with internal storyline and match structure. He may not be the move guru some are, but his ability to writing entertaining realistic matches is above board. WINNER: TOM FLESHER Triple Threat Match - #1 Contendership to the U.S. Title Wildchild v. Micheal Craven v. Fugue -I would really like to see Fugue win here as I like the character and would still like to possibly do some of the elements I had between he and Frost in my losing CF match. Wildchild is the logical booking choice and like most have said, can probably get the most mileage out of the three men in the ring. Craven won the Escape from Alcatraz match, but that is such an Ash like stip, I have yet to read the match though to see how he wrote it. I say he's probably still a good month away from getting back on track. WINNER: WILDCHILD Singles Match for the U.S. Title Danny Williams © v. Johnny "The Barracuda" Dangerous -Williams like Reagan on Mondale. Even if Dangerous writes, I don't think he's got the seasoning or momentum to take out a workhorse like Danny who always delivers. WINNER: WILLIAMS Special Non-Title Boxing Match Frost v. El Luchador Magnifico -I've been wanting to try something like this for awhile and without much else to do at this time, I figured it might be interesting to ask for. It's also a good pallett cleanser for me before what promises to be a hard run of tag and ICTV title defenses (or losses). I know ELM will give it his all and come up with some good spots and I've already got a lot of ideas planned. I find it a fun challenge and hope to produce something that really makes Ejiro go "damn" if I do win. Main Event #1 Contendership to the Tag Team Titles CIA & Mak Francis v. Judge Mental & Ejiro Fasaki -Could be one for the ages. I mark for everyone here. Having Judge and Ejiro win could stir up some trouble in the Mag 7 we don't need right now, but I'm sure could be played off really well and interestingly by all involved. CIA and Mak are a tag team I hope are together for a very long time and I know Tom and I would love a rematch. I will hedge my bets, but be looking forward to reading whatever wins. WINNER: PUSH

Guest Beingz0wningj00 Report post Posted February 26, 2003 Opening Promo Xero I kill him. Hardcore Match Annie Eclectic v. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson Well... TNT won the fuck, I suppose if he writes he should get the W. But that best not stop my favorite half Japanese lesbian. Singles Match Longdogger Pete v. Tom "The Superior One" Flesher Sorry Pete. It's that bastard Flesher who I must break. Triple Threat Match - #1 Contendership to the U.S. Title Wildchild v. Micheal Craven v. Fugue Well this Wildchild peckerhead defeated myself and Bo... I should just come out and beat them all up. Die motherfuckers, die! Singles Match for the U.S. Title Danny Williams © v. Johnny "The Barracuda" Dangerous Ugh... Danny stiffs the shit out of Johnny and if he doesn't, I will. Special Non-Title Boxing Match Frost v. El Luchador Magnifico MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAG!!! Via kick to the nuts. Main Event #1 Contendership to the Tag Team Titles CIA & Mak Francis v. Judge Mental & Ejiro Fasaki I've heard good things about these M7'ers... but I'm a Franchise mark, and that CIA guy is there too.
