Yeah. I could never get why it is here either. I guess it's nice for a newbie to test his sig if he wanted, but most newbies rarely have sigs and just stick a pre-installed avatar up and post, if that.

 

I cannot exactly see why this guy is having so much problem putting up a sig though. It does not seem that hard.
