Agreed on Fast Times. Such a good use that it entered the popular conciousness.

 

I thought that the use of sex and nudity in Center of the World was well done. Not really sure how much of a picture would be left without it, but it was all very nicely handled.

 

Requiem For a Dream used nudity very effectively for very unerotic means.

 

I thought that the sex in Unfaithful was done rather well. The rest of the movie was rather badly put together, but everything that had to do with the sex was staged and shot in a way that allowed nuances to creep through beyond the merely erotic.

I'm not quite sure about the "Best use of" so I'm going to just go with "Most tasteful" in my opinion. That would have to be Milla in Resident Evil. It wasn't a great movie, sure. But most horror movies have a gratuitous sex scene or two, and it was refreshing to see emphasis on the actual story rather than TnA for once.

I saw it at the theater and when she bent down in her underwear, every single guy in the audience made some sort of noise. From a grunt to a wow to a cough to a daaaaamn! It was one of the most disturbing moments I've ever had in a theater. I felt like I was in a porn house.
