The rest of the women aren't over because they AREN'T T&A and have no T&A appeal. Not Jazz, Jackie, Molly and to a lesser extent Vic. The reason they don't draw ratings is simple, they have baited and switched too much and now no one believes they will see anything. I remember a couple of months ago I was with some friends who used to be wrestling fans and asked them why they stopped watching and they said because nothing ever happens anymore and what they promise they won't deliver. No one feels they will see anything. I just explained earlier why this T&A doesn't draw, it does not go far enough so don't tell me that this T&A they are currently doing isn't working because my whole point was that I agree it isn't working.

As for T&A on Smackdown I may not be a genius but lets see: the show with stricter censors because it is a regular network gets the T&A, therefore making all of the T&A tame and useless. Yep that about seems right.

Lets see how the Girls Gone Wild PPV does.

 

It has a following already so I wouldn''t be surprised if it were successful, but if the buyrates are low... oh boy.

You're mixing your points.

 

Does the fact that nothing ever really happens in WWE hurt fan interest? Does the fact that they promise and don't deliver hurt fan interest? Yes.

 

Do females have to be T&A to "get over?" No.

 

Molly had a successful face run before and she didn't show any skin, and many booty fans like her so she's not without her appeal. She got over pretty well as a heel although lame crap like the "granny panties" stuff was really stupid.

 

Chyna was over as a heel. She also had a face run, albeit tepid due to the absolute bull flowing from her mouth. Jazz could be over as a badass I think if they tweaked her gimmick, because Chyna got over in much the same way.

 

The women who got over the most--Sunny and Sable--were fluffers to be sure, but there could be a woman who could get over to that extent while wrestling as well. Trish is quite well known I think although not to quite that extend yet.

 

T&A has its appeal, but I was simply agreeing with that--yes, they're doing it wrong. I think a women's match with Torrie and Dawn where they'd have to dip each other in tubs of cold ice cream would have some great appeal to men of all ages. Even Trish, since she's not that good a wrestler.

 

I think they could separate the female wrestlers from the fluffers and keep one group exclusive to one show and others exclusive to the other.

 

If you don't care to watch the women WRESTLE then fine. Yet since very few are any worse than the typical Raw wrestler I don't see why it matters. Many of us like the women's matches so keep 'em around.

 

However, having much of the T&A on a show that has stricter sentence, and PRIMARLY was the "wrestling" show until it was turned to a hoss-fest? WWE logic, pure and simple. Same goes for the thrilling angle with Dawn and the Wilsons.
