Guest Just call me Dan Report post Posted March 6, 2003 Edge could have had an extremely limited role at NWO in his match considering he had 2 tag partners, but the WWE decided to just be precautious and throw out a quick angle. This may be Kurt's choice overall, or it may not be, but either way he should do the same thing. Forfeit the title, saving the cloud of mysatery surrounding this feud, and then he'll be back to resume it next year. Brock's win in the end was going to be a huge payoff, but it just won't happen now. Smackdown drawing a 3.4 and Brock winning after a shitload of interference is no big moment, scrap the idea. Guest subliminal_animal Report post Posted March 6, 2003 For everyone who has asked about why Kurt Angle can work against Brock Lesnar next week, but not work at WrestleMania, here is the scoop. Due to his serious neck injury, Angle is very limited in what he can do in the ring now. Basically, he doesn't have a PPV quality match in him, but he can do enough for a TV match, especially if gaga is booked around it. So, I don't expect to see Angle do a whole lot on TV next week in the match against Lesnar. As it stands now, if I was a betting man, I would lay my money on a Lesnar-Chris Benoit match for WrestleMania. credit:1wrestling.com Holy shit, I thought only me and Hulk Hogan say that. What a loser that 1wrestling loser is.
