It is a real belt, exactly the same as the ones WWF used, without the logos.

 

But it WASNT used by the WWF, you can tell this because it doesnt have the logos on it.

 

If he had an actual ring used belt, with the logos he could legally sell it whenever he wants, because its his.

But he doesnt.
