Guest Ace309 Report post Posted March 10, 2003 THE PREDICTIONS SINGLES MATCH Fugue vs. CIA Send To: TheBostonStrangler - M7 Pride, baybee. SINGLES MATCH NON-TITLE MATCH Tom Flesher vs. Judge Mental© Send To: Suicide King - No prediction. HRADCORE MATCH Jay Dawg vs. Wildchild Send To: TheBostonStrangler - Wildchild's amazing, but I think JD's gonna get his frolic on and win WITHOUT making WC eat a urinal cake. NON-TITLES MATCH El Luchadore Magnifico vs. Danny Williams Send To: Grand_Slam - Logical booking. Williams is, like it or not, the underdog here, and he needs to be catapulted into something. I'd love to see him get some more cred here and fire up a feud. TABLES MATCH ICTV TITLE MATCH Frost© vs. Ejiro Fasaki Send To: chirs3 - Anti-logical booking. Ejiro SHOULD go over, going into the tag match on PPV... but I just can't see Frost losing.
Guest Dace59 Report post Posted March 10, 2003 SINGLES MATCH Fugue vs. CIA Fugue, cuz I like taking him on. SINGLES MATCH NON-TITLE MATCH Tom Flesher vs. Judge Mental© Too close to call. Probably Tom my the narrowest margin. HRADCORE MATCH Jay Dawg vs. Wildchild JD, just don't beat WC too badly. NON-TITLES MATCH El Luchadore Magnifico vs. Danny Williams I have to back Danny on this one. TABLES MATCH ICTV TITLE MATCH Frost© vs. Ejiro Fasaki Go Ejiro, take some gold man. Guest Powerplay Report post Posted March 10, 2003 THE TEMPLATE SINGLES MATCH Fugue vs. CIA Send To: TheBostonStrangler The Music Major in me forces me to chose Fugue. SINGLES MATCH NON-TITLE MATCH Tom Flesher vs. Judge Mental© Send To: Suicide King Gah. I think I'll pick Tom, but I'm gonna try hard to beat him. HRADCORE MATCH Jay Dawg vs. Wildchild Send To: TheBostonStrangler *Plays 'Taps' for Wildchild. NON-TITLES MATCH El Luchadore Magnifico vs. Danny Williams Send To: Grand_Slam Quite possibly a MOTN. I say Danny, since he's always solid. TABLES MATCH ICTV TITLE MATCH Frost© vs. Ejiro Fasaki Send To: chirs3 GO RULE! GO RULE! GOOOOOO RUUUULLLLLLEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted March 10, 2003 Hmmm...I'll play this game since I haven't played in a while. SINGLES MATCH Fugue vs. CIA - Tough to pick. I mark for both, but I'm gonna give the rub to Fugue for the sole reason that he has had to face some of the toughest competition since being bumped, and I think it's seasoned him a bit faster than a normal bumpee. SINGLES MATCH NON-TITLE MATCH Tom Flesher vs. Judge Mental© Send To: Suicide King HRADCORE MATCH Jay Dawg vs. Wildchild - Wildchild nearly fell to jobberville due to his association with the other JD (Johnny Dangerous), but since kicking him to the curb, I think Wildchild is set to do some big things. Too bad he's up against one of the true hardcore gods of this fed in JD. Da Dawg to win. NON-TITLES MATCH El Luchadore Magnifico vs. Danny Williams - Now this is a match!! IMHO, should be the main event...maybe even throwing ELM's title on the line. That's the only booking problem I have in the new regime...there's not enough off-PPV world title matches. We need more...and this would have been a great one to have, and well deserved for Danny. If Mag's title was on the line, ELM would be the easy pick here...BUT, it's not, and win or not, a good showing from Danny here will almost certainly get him into the Main event. All that being said, ELM to win in a close match. TABLES MATCH ICTV TITLE MATCH Frost© vs. Ejiro Fasaki - Frost is doing good as a fighting champion, but he needs to drop the tag title and go for the world and stop waiting for that perfect feud with Flesher. His stock is kind of dropping while he waits and mills around with random title defenses (which are good, don't get me wrong) and tag title stuff. Fasaki has showed solid stuff since his bump, and is the benefactor of the depleted roster here. He'll show good, but Frost will put him in the hurt locker...and then throw the locker off a bridge! Da "you heard it here fourth" H
Guest Beingz0wningj00 Report post Posted March 11, 2003 SINGLES MATCH Fugue vs. CIA Ummm... I haven't seen much of either. I'll just say CIA because he's Canadian. SINGLES MATCH NON-TITLE MATCH Tom Flesher vs. Judge Mental© Mental has had some impressive wins... but I think the only one able to beat Flesher right now is Magnifico... on Pay Per View. HRADCORE MATCH Jay Dawg vs. Wildchild I don't have any urinal cakes in this match... NON-TITLES MATCH El Luchadore Magnifico vs. Danny Williams Thugg brought up an interesting point. World title shots are not reserved for PPV. With this 3 show cycle, each champ should defend their title at least once. It certainly will make things a little more interesting. TABLES MATCH ICTV TITLE MATCH Frost© vs. Ejiro Fasaki Frost has been just too strong for me to vote against him unless it's me facing him.
Guest Mr. Slim Citrus Report post Posted March 11, 2003 SWF Storm, brought to you by the number seven... Fugue vs. CIA - Fugue Judge Mental vs. Tom Flesher - Flesher Jay Dawg vs Wildchild Having to work all weekend + not really feeling the stip = half-ass match. -Jay Dawg to block... ELM vs Danny Williams ELM being the champion gives me hope for my character. That said, intense puro types seem to be all the rage around here, and add to that the fact that Danny is an exceptional writer. - Danny ICTV Title Match Frost vs Ejiro Ejiro's hungry and on the fast track, but I'm leaning in favor of the champion. - Frost Jay Dawg prevents a clean sweep by the M7; maybe he can get a one-day pass or something... Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted March 11, 2003 Show's not up yet and I just walked in the door, so might as well. SINGLES MATCH Fugue vs. CIA -Two very intriguing characters and solid, underappreciated writers. I would love to see a feud between these two. It would be fun and produce some quality matches. I'd really say this is a push, but CIA's a bit more experienced and it gives him the edge. WINNER: CIA SINGLES MATCH NON-TITLE MATCH Tom Flesher vs. Judge Mental© -You can't go against Flesher hardly ever, but if anyone could beat him it's Judge. I also think Tom might put Mental over in a match like this to help build to the tag title match at the ppv. Either way, I think the character of Mental has booking on his side for the win. WINNER: JUDGE MENTAL HRADCORE MATCH Jay Dawg vs. Wildchild -Interesting diactomy in the characters. Wildchild has been a little slow to get rolling here in the WF, but he's one big win away from developing a feud and getting on a roll. JD has been hit or miss since his return and he had to get an extenstion to finish up. So, just to piss JD off, I'll take Wilchild. WINNER: WILDCHILD NON-TITLES MATCH El Luchadore Magnifico vs. Danny Williams -ELM only seems to ever show up for ppv matches, although neither man is known for their promos. I actually think that Danny can work with ELM's character better than ELM can work with Danny's. However, it doesn't look good for the world champion to job heading into the ppv. And TNT better show his miserable carcass during this bout. WINNER: ELM TABLES MATCH ICTV TITLE MATCH Frost© vs. Ejiro Fasaki -I had to rush my finish earlier today and wasn't able to flesh it out like I wanted. I am happy with the banter of the commentators in the beginning and the work in the middle of the match. I tried to do something novel with a table match, I actually focused the entire match on trying to break a table. I know, it's crazy, a table match centered around the idea of putting the guy through the table instead of an afterthought. If my "table psychology" works, I like my chances. However, I know Ejiro was really jazzed up and I like him alot to be the bumpee of his class that really rises up the ladder fast. I'll be sitting on pins and needles waiting for the outcome and that's the first time I can say that about a match in a very long time.

Guest Edwin MacPhisto Report post Posted March 11, 2003 SINGLES MATCH Fugue vs. CIA --I haven't seen Drew around for quite some time. Fugue to win. SINGLES MATCH NON-TITLE MATCH Tom Flesher vs. Judge Mental© --Flesher has a permanent spot on my "don't bet against him" list. Judge is coming off some big tag wins, and while I think Flesher can eke out the W here, he's going to do some good stuff to build toward the PPV tag match for sure. HRADCORE MATCH Jay Dawg vs. Wildchild --JD 0wnz j00 in the hardcore arena. However, I'm really eager to see Wildchild really let loose. I didn't follow the JL close enough during his run, and a hardcore environment for a crazy spot machine could be incredibly exciting. Picking WC, just because I want to see what he can do with a free reign. NON-TITLES MATCH El Luchadore Magnifico vs. Danny Williams --It's a tough call. I can't help but feel that Mag's a little rusty as far as a real tough match goes, since he dropped the boxing match to Frost and hasn't had a real threat from a steady on-a-roll guy since the Clusterfuck. Danny won back his Us belt and he's been tearing up a storm...I'm still picking Mag because I know he can really come through, but I would not be surprised if Danny pulled the upset. On a sidenote, I agree with the idea that more world title defenses would be more exciting. CF to From the Fire is going to end up being 6 whole weeks without a defense, I think. Unfortunately the world title currently seems like the least sought-after belt as a result, which is kind of the opposite of how it should be. The TNT/ELM thing is only just now really getting off the ground, and a defense or two in the interim could have added some prime intrigue, even though it kinda goes against the #1 contendership from the CF. Maybe in the future make it the first title shot, or a shot at From the Fire, but not have those be the same? TABLES MATCH ICTV TITLE MATCH Frost© vs. Ejiro Fasaki --I haven't seen a tables match in quite some time. Frost is good at single-element gimmicks, and I think he can hold on here. I'd really like to see some of the internal M7 conflicts boil up here, because if anything is screaming for a climax to the Frost & the M7 story, it's this Sunday's PPV. Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted March 11, 2003 Ah, I misread that JD. Ok, then JD FOR THE WIN! WILDCHILD GOING DOWN! JAY DAWG IS RADCORE!
Guest Beingz0wningj00 Report post Posted March 11, 2003 "Ah, I misread that JD. Ok, then JD FOR THE WIN! WILDCHILD GOING DOWN! JAY DAWG IS RADCORE!" That wouldn't have anything to do with Wildchild's comments previous to this... would it.
