Indeed. When I have something resembling a show, I will edit it in.

So far, I have two confirmed double no-shows. Not what I was hoping for from the show before the PPV.

THE MOST PSYCHOTIC MAN IN IGNWF HISTORY

THE ONLY MAN TO BE THERE FROM BEGINNING TO END

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Now hold on just a second...

Bah, who am I kiddin'. The no shows are rather dissapointing (Not like I'm one to complain though) However, Frost put in another great effort, and I'm glad Ejiro showed. I'm not happy too see Stevens in such a foul mood though. :(

I am terribly sorry. Had computer problems last night, but I will have the winner of Judge/Tom edited in tonight after work. the card for the PPV is ready to go, so that will be up immediately after. both tom and judge showed.

Well, aside from the several letdowns, I must say that there's one huge upside, and that's the setup of Danny and Mak's Ironman match. These two guys have used arsenals and finishes over the past month that scream "I can come out of nowhere and pin your ass with anything." If both guys write, this has the potential to be one of the best blow-offs we've had, derived from a feud simply built on good writing, good characters, and bomb-ass wrasslin'. Here's hoping.

I apologize for not writing a match, but honestly, I don't appreciate the comments. I'm sorry if I "make you sick" or don't "inspire" you because I had more important things to do over the weekend, but that's exactly what happened. After I go through a shitty weekend like I did AND already beat myself up for not writing, the last thing I want to do is see people bash me for not fufilling their e-wrestling expectations.

Mags, nothing was directed at you specifically. It's just that the whole fed has been like this lately, and it bothers me. In retrospect, yes, it was a little harsh, but to see a show like this really does disappoint me, especially coming up on a PPV.

Well... it's great to see Mak/Danny with an ironman match... probably not the best idea for a blowoff... but when I think of how their feud has been built... it's probably appropriate.

My match was kind of out of the norm. It's difficult to write those backstage battles, and I probably should have taken it to the ring... but that's been boring lately.

Nice finish to the Frost/Ejiro match... Frost you show that bitch who's boss hoss! Assuming Judge/Taamo isn't up anytime soon... I'll review it out of boredom.

And let's see... It looks like the returnee has confirmed himself... best not be someone pulling our leg.

To clear one thing up, I finished a match. But here's what happened:

After completing my match, I discovered a pm late Saturday night in which ELM asked for a screw job finish. Giving how my match was arranged(typical All Japan style where the finish is about half the match.) it would have been impossible to logically add what he requested. Not to mention I was pressed for time as it was, and I just didn't have the time to go back and rewrite a new match.

So thus I decided to no show and informed Grand Slam over a day in advance, as to not interfer with ELM's angle. In short, both of us fucked up in a terrible case of miscommunication. One could say I was being an asshole for refusing to work the angle in, and they would probably be right. So, I'm sorry for the no show, especially after reading how everyone was looking forward to the match on the predictions thread.

Meh... call me an asshole for this one... but Danny, send in your match. It's better then a noshow.

I'll do a review of Frost/Ejiro later... won't be Keefe like or Danny type... I curse having nothing to do at work. While we're at it... I'd love to see some rankings. Seeing it's the end of the three show cycle.

ELM, I am sorry if my comments offended you. As you can imagine, I was in a pretty bad mood last night because of all the problems. I am sorry your weekend went poorly.

Overall though, I am still diappointed by all the no-showing. In the time I have been marking, I think I have actually marked a grand total of four matches. Not exactly a good ratio. We can do better than this.

Meh... something for entertainment

Review by that guy who used to review matches for that site.

Oh joy, a tables match between two M7 members... and to make it better, it's for the ICTV title! A brief history of this match is shown, the tensions in the M7 lockerroom are becoming more apparent. Now logical booking says that Ejiro will go over, to build heat for the PPV... but then the ICTV title is on the line. And Frost is one of the two most over heels in the fed. Anyway, the match is starting.

It's pretty standard right now, Ejiro unable to hurt the big bad Frost with his strikes. The announcers compare the stats of the wrestlers as if people keep count of it. One shot by Frost takes Ejiro down pretty hard. They exchange some heavier blows, and Ejiro goes outside, sliding by a table. Stevens informs us that you have to be put through a table set up... when was the last time a table match was won another way, numbnut? And Riley says something funny for once, with comparing Bring Your Own Table to Bring Your Own Booze. That's probably cause I'm an alcoholic.

Fasaki tries the stupid move of throwing Frost, and is tossed into the guardrails for his trouble. That looked kind of painful. Whoa! Is Frost using that table as a weapon? Unusual twist in these matches, kudo to Frost for that. Ejiro fights back, attacking Frost's leg. Figures the hoss would sell something his buddy did to him. Why is TNT getting a title shot? He fights won match, doesn't show up to the arena for god knows how long, then comes back where his buddy puts him over. Are they trying to form another Clique? DEATH TO THE MAGNIFICENT CLIQUE!!! Ummm... sorry... got carried away. Ejiro breaks the table over Frost, but it's not to finish it for whatever reason. Stevens explains that the table wasn't fully broken... LAME!!!

Frost beats up Ejiro after Ejiro bitches why he didn't win. Some boring transition offense... they exchange for a bit. Ejiro swings the table at Frost... but the HOSS BOOT destroys the table. Again no win for Ejiro. Frosty uses the table to assist with his abuse of punches... heh... that looks funny. Ejiro looks to be bleeding, almost unnecessary, it is a table match, not a hardcore match...lamecube either way. WHOA!!! Ejiro takes a sick table bump via German suplex... the table doesn't break though. That had to hurt. Frost extends the creativity with a Snake Eyes to the table... in all my years, I haven't seen that done in a tables match. I see it done to the announce table all the time, the guardrail... never in a match. It's such an appropriate move too... Frost places the table over Ejiro on the outside and climbs the ring apron... and he leaps his fatass off and crushes a table, but no Ejiro. Pretty big bump for the Iceland Bastard, that could easily fracture the tailbone. Maybe he'll hurt himself and die, then we can push the true talents of Mak Francis and CIA!

Back to the match, Fasaki puts Frost on the table... bounces off the second rope, Asai moonsault... Ohh that looked bad. He didn't even break the table as Frost left. Frost looks to set up the Early Winter... but what's this!!? Judge Mental... you don't say! Oh wait... there's Flesher. Taamo tackles Mental. Holy shit! Ejiro is going to hurricanrana Frost through the table... no... Frost reverses and Tombstones him off the apron and through the table for the win. Nice finish spot.

78% The match was clearly cut back due to the handicap of the table. They did a good job with what they had though, but it is difficult to build the suspense, there was never really a moment until the end, where I was feeling This has gotta be all. They set up the tag title match at the PPV nicely... it's good to see the tag division back in action. The table spots were nice, good to see some originality. But I'm willing to bet if this was a normal match and Frost put him over like he did here... it would be at least another 10% onto that. Enjoyable match either way.

Come on Mags...you're supposed to do like me when Mark yells at you. You immediately come back with a harsh retort that questions both his character and demands that he show you respect for being the world champion. And, then to top it off, you accuse him of riding your coattails and ruining your angle by piggy-backing. Also, be sure to mention that you're carrying him to the PPV, and be sure to throw in his missed opportunity at a feud with King.

Then, when King responds angrily to you, allow a friend to respond to him. Then, you sit back with Mark and watch the flames fly.

Trust me...it's a jolly good time!

I hope to go down as the the SWF's Most Amicable Champion.

If I can do that, I'll be happy.

Heh, don't you think I know that? Current Events seems to just be a bunch of people bitching back and forth at each other. It would be hard for anyone who hangs out there to NOT become a paranoid, defensive asshole.

Of course, I mean that with all due respect. :P
