Yeah, I saw this in the TNA forum, then at PWTorch.

 

While I do like Shark Boy and would like to see him on a regular basis, I highly doubt the WWE is fixing to bring him in.

Hm... This is very curious. Supposedly Ultimo Dragon is coming to the WWE. They've also got Christopher Daniels in the OVW, American Dragon doing dark matches (heat/velocity), Tenacious Z getting a contract deal (where is he? OVW?) and now Shark Boy makes a cameo (one time, or more? you decide).

 

I mean, is it just me or are they stocking up with crusiers? And for what bloody reason?

 

Although, I'm happy that Shark Boy got some TV time. Cause I finally get to see what he looks like (can't get TNA just yet). Also, wonder if he's there for keeps or what?

He just went to an open tryout a few weeks ago. I haven't heard any news as to how it turned out.

At some point, they will make a commitment to him. They realize he's got some draw on the indy scene, and they continue to use him in dark matches and keep an eye on his work. There's obviously some interest that they don't want to pull on until they see he can be used as a threat, then they'll take him.

 

If they ever get anywhere close to serious, they are at that point now. Like others, I have vary little faith but taking the title off Kidman and onto Matt Hardy, plus putting Rey who has been gliding with the big boys as part of the roll 'em out there crew in a challenger role, will do wonders.

 

Tenacious Z was signed to fuck over TN and because he's a commodity.

 

Dragon and Spanky, more than likely, ended up getting the call as part of the Shawn Michaels' Traveling Revival. As talented, and very charismatic in Spanky's case, as these guys are they just ended up in the right place at the right time.
