Guest NoSelfWorth Report post Posted March 12, 2003 All Japan revealed more information regarding "CHAMPION CARNIVAL 2003". There will be a Jr. Champion Carnival, which will be set up how the heavyweight Champion Carnival usually is, round-robin style. League matches will take place from 3/31 to 4/10, where the final will take place (at Hiroshima Green Arena's Small Arena). Then, two days later at Tokyo Nippon Budokan, the winner will challenge Kendo Kashin for All Japan's World Jr. Heavyweight Title. All but one of the participants are regulars, those being Kaz Hayashi, Gran Hamada, Gran Naniwa, Ryuji Hijikata, and Jimmy Yang. The non-regular will be former PRIDE and BattlARTS fighter, Carl Contini (also known as Carl Greco and Carl Malenko), who is a good technician. The tournament looks more interesting than the awful heavyweight version this year, and although All Japan haven't listed the points system yet, I assume it'll be the 2-1-0 setup. Another vale tudo fighter, Kazuki Okubo, of Kiyoshi Tamura's U-FILE Camp, is booked for the first three shows as a Turmeric Storm member. A third vale tudo star is supposedly going to show up at Budokan, the most likely name being Masaaki Satake. Yuki Ishikawa is also on some shows, as are ZERO-ONE combatants. Arashi faces the dreaded "X" from ZERO-ONE on 3/22, while Z1 junior stars, Tatsuhito Takaiwa & Low Ki, face Kaz Hayashi & Jimmy Yang on 3/28. AJPW, 3/22/03 Tokyo Korakuen Hall 1. Guest NoSelfWorth Report post Posted March 12, 2003 If you're going to copy and paste can you at least add your own opinions on the subject before posting? If you're going to whine, can you at least add your own opinions on the subject before posting ?
Guest DragonflyKid Report post Posted March 12, 2003 What the fuck was the point of C&Ping news if you weren't going to add anything? People know about SSS and PP so if they want news it's not hard to find. Posting news without adding your own opinion is pointless. Try doing something that starts discussion instead of creating a topic for the sake of creating a topic. Just how was one sentence promoting common sense whining? Guest NoSelfWorth Report post Posted March 13, 2003 I can't help but notice the irony in you attacking me for not adding my opinion of this news, while you don't add your opinion of this news either.
