Korean techno singer/kook, Lee Jung Hyun. Basically, she's a nutcase who wants to sing, and since her father's rich, he made it happen. She proceeded to make a series of bizarre and expensive videos , thus making her known as one of the nuttiest women in Korea.

 

The other ones I had were from the Korean band Baby VOX, if you were wondering. I have just been really bored lately, so I keep making banners. I am hoping to keep this current one for awhile though.

I don't like his delievery. He doesn't sound confident or comfortable.
