Eat an animal for PETA Day

Dear PETA,

I found your new ad campaign, "The Holocaust on your plate," offensive and outrageous. But I don't expect your organization to suddenly develop any sense of tact or human decency, so I thought I'd tell you what your campaign has wrought:

March 15th has been designated "International Eat An Animal For PETA" day. On that day, I'll be chowing down on a juicy steak, or chicken, or perhaps I'll have lobster—fresh, of course, chosen from the tank specifically for me. Maybe I'll have a plate of ribs at my local barbecue restaurant. Then there's that great seafood restaurant with the poached salmon and the delicious crabcakes. I could take my family there.

America's a free country, and you have the right to say what you want, no matter how offensive I think it is. But as a result of your insensitivity to those millions of people who died in the real Holocaust, and to the survivors and their descendants, I and my family will show PETA the same kind of insensitivity.

And have a great, meat-filled dinner, while we're at it.

Chew on that.

Count me in

Personally, I say that someone needs to start up a pro-meat group, that does exactly the opposite of PETA, and encourages everyone to eat as much meat as they want.

But yeah, I'm munching on some dead animal tommorrow for sure.

Today, I'm gonna hit up Chick Fil-A, and I'll think about PETA when I bust down on a sandwich.

Thank God this isn't being held today. Being a good catholic, I couldn't eat meat today.

I think it should also be called PETA... People Eating Tasty Animals.

There's no need for an opposition group for PETA.

They drive more people to meat from their stupidity.

Y'know, a lot of vegetarians hate PETA as well. I'm not a vegetarian but I do know of those who dislike PETA.

Hey we can eat as many dead critters as we want, as long as they're the sea-faring kin-- fuck it, pass me a cheeseburger...

See the cheetah

Lean and supple

As he chases a gazelle

But he can't drive a car

I'm down with Feast Upon Choice animals under the Knowledge that it will Piss off the Extremist unethical Tyrannical Assholes (FUCKPETA).

Tomorrow, I'm eating nothing but meat. And the day after...and after...hell, I do everyday.

Anyone else want to go to a PETA rally and pelt them with raw beef, ala PCU? (the movie)

Yesterday was the first day I didn't eat any meat in god knows how long (had stir-fried veggie noodles twice). Tomorrow, however, I will be going out of my way to eat a big piece of honey-garlic pork, and I am going to enjoy it.

I seem to craze meat on Friday's more than usual. I'm not a big meat eater either.
