Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Hulk Hogan, who has been quoted as feeling lucky to have gotten through the match against the Rock at No Way Out without serious back trouble, is said to have found an “alternative medicine” for his ailment. He has been wearing lifts in his shoes for the last few weeks to even out some back pain caused by overcompensating one side of his body. The lifts helped to correct the problem, and Hogan can once again wrestle without them. Credit: Pro Wrestling Torch Newsletter
Guest Steviekick Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Whatever works for Hogan is fine with me.
The Dames Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Where's all the lift backlash you guys gave me now huh! Dames
Guest Brian Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Their not boot lifts guys, they're orthopedic sole lifts. They slide in on the inside of the shoes and are prescribed.

But they do make him taller right? I was just kidding with the title. I know they are prescribed and should be helping distribute the weight of that skull.
The Dames Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Their not boot lifts guys, they're orthopedic sole lifts. They slide in on the inside of the shoes and are prescribed. See...that's what i was talking about! The kind that go in your shoes! Dames

Guest bob_barron Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Dames wears lifts?? You're betraying all of the other small people!
The Dames Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 No, I don't wear lifts....I was thinking about it and everyone said not to. Dames
Guest saturnmark4life Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 Wearing lifts for no medical or political reason (Jericho) would just be silly, yeah.
Guest The Czech Republic Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 I wear lifts to get from 5'9" to 5'10"
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 Anyone know what happened on Regis and Kelly (but not Kelly) this morning. I was watching it before we got called for Jury Duty and hogan was supposed to be a guest.. Speaking of jury duty, I actually sat on a jury, and the guy that was accused of shopifting from a hardware store looked like Booker T (a bit younger though)..Court is scaring me, the last time I sat next to an old guy that looked like Al Wilson...
Guest The Czech Republic Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 It's my dream to someday be on a jury. Just thought I'd toss that out. I can't wait to be a part of the judicial system, preferably a capacity other than "defendant."
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 Hogan using lifts? I hope that doesn't mess him up when he uses the Quebrada.
