Although it was not talked about compared as much as his knee, as a lot of the time he worked through it. Hence the reason he has not had much in ring work this year. Knees out means a lot of weight on the lower back, and he's not the most flexible guy and all those bumps must take a toll. Nobody has the body structure to support the kind of weight thats added with steroids or any other muscle-enhancer.
