I get that sucker all the time. Burger King? Only when they do Italian chicken and even then it's not better. McD's HA yeah right. Rally's? nah, Hardee? nope. Arby's, see ya! Fact is Wendy's does most items (chicken nuggets, burgers, salads) better then anywhere. Their Achillie's heel is thier fries which can be hit-or-miss. But the Spicy Chicken? Always good.

They seem to be the least greasy of all fast food chains.Even the salads at Wendy's are good. Taco Bell used to be my favorite, but I can't eat that stuff anymore. It's good but everytime I eat it all I can think about it how unhealthy it is.

And I eat chicken wherever possible. Yes, they have the best Chicken sandwiches. I dont know if Ive seen a spicy chicken sandwhich on their menu though. Plus their waffle fries are probably up there with Arbys in terms of best french fries. The only thing I hate is that they are pretty expensive.

I love that salad... its my new favorite fast food salad... as long as you dont dump all that sesame seed dressing over it... just a little does the trick.... i dumped all of it on the salad at first and it wasnt all that good... tried it again with just a little.. GREAT SHIT
