What was originally booked at Starcade 1988 that caused Ric Flair to call Vince McMahon to ask for a spot in the WWF? 3. Name two instances in WWF cage match history in which two guys exited the cage at the exact same time. 4. For the latter part of 1993 Rick Rude had a tag partner with whom he feuded with Dustin Rhodes. Later on this equalizer would become known as ________. 5. I believe you can add Piper / Flair to that as well. I never knew about a Piper/Flair cage match having a double exit. And was it Owen Hart?(crazy guess)
