After like hours of trying to figure out this thing I've given up and realizing that its too creepy to firgure out. It's a Flash Mind reader and ... just check it out for yourself!!!!

Smart...all seems to have do do with 9 though, seems like it's giving you tons of options when it's really not giving you any.

 

I kept my eye on #18 and kept doing it at random...always came up in the 9, 18, 27, 36, etc slot.

I figured it out - the symbols change for each number every time you reload it

 

and the only time the symbol is the same is for all the multiples of 9 (9, 18, 27, 36, 45, etc.) - and the symbol for those numbers change to make it look less suspicious

 

and yes, the only possible number you can come up with using that formula is multiples of 9
