Shark Boy.net is reporting that Shark Boy has been invited to six WWE shows in April. He is not signed yet, but the invite is surely a positive sign for him....

Depending on how you look at it and how much of a cynic you are...

I hope they don't use him with his Shark Boy gimmick though, it's just odd.

Tell me about it. The only thing I think Vinnie could do with the gimmick is make him the Hurricane's supervillain, and that would be the worst cartoon feud since the Dungeon of Doom.

Shark Attack! Shark Attack!

He can team with a comebacking John Tenta. It COULD happen. ;)

I like Shark Boy but he's nothing but Velocity fodder.

Although,Shark Boy masks would command a premium!

I've seen shark boy in several wwa ppvs, of course ecw and wcw matches, and I have a bad feeling Vince is going to totally misuse him.

C'mon bloodice! Vince misuse a wrestler? no fucking way! Vincent K McMahon - the 'K' stands for 'Genius' ;)

I personally think hurricane and shark boy would be a fine 'jannetty and 123 kid' type team to get a short title reign and breathe a bit of life into the dire raw tag division.

I like Shark Boy ( I can remember watching him when he was just starting out) but without the gimmick can he really get over in the WWE?

How do you misuse a wrestler that wears a damn fin into the ring? You really can't give him a dumber gimmick than that to be honest. Besides, from what I've seen, SharkBoy is not all that great to begin with anyway.

What exactly is Sharkboy's gimmick?

I've only seen pictures of him, does he think he's a shark like Triple H thinks he's a god or something?

Is that better, Nanks?

He used to be part of the great late lamented Saturday Night Crew back in '99. Shark Boy, Blitzkreig, Alan Funk, Kid Romeo, Ashley Hudson, Lash LeRoux, and so many more. But mainly he just wore a shark suit and it didn't really affect him in any other way. Kinda weird.

Sat Nite ruled. Toad, PG-13, HAIL! Shark Boy would get hella over in the WWE just because he is so different. Besides, a Shark Boy/Hurricane partnership or rivalry would = ratings.

Oh does Blitzkrieg suck the big one....why did anyone have to bring him up?

Personally I like the whole Shark getup. I mean think how much confidence you'd have to have to pull that off.

The shark boy gimmick just screams Indy, if they want him to actually be taken for real he needs to drop it.

That's the thing, it's so tacky that it will get over on sheer camp value.

Confidence?? He's wearing a mask!! That's why no one realised who he was when he was on RAW with Maven. He could come into RAW next week and no one would realise it was him!!
