Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 30, 2003 are you sure about aerosmith playing last? i cant see Gene opening up for anybody I heard alternation. (Is that a word?) And I would assume that they mean Smith/Kiss alternating. Something is wrong is Saliva does anything but open.
Guest GeneMean Report post Posted March 30, 2003 Fuck Ace Frehley, he can go kill himself with alcohol poisoning for all i care. IMO Ace died in 1981. Bruce Kulick would destroy him and Tommy Thayer is getting rave reviews. Hell I can outplay Ace Frehley as can just about anyone who has played a guitar longer than a year. His chops have always sucked but to me that's not really the point. Are the Thayer shows playing 2000 Man or NY Groove?

I want to see the return of "Is That You?", "Love 'Em, Leave 'Em" & "I Want You" to the setlists. There was a point where he was untouchable, but the drugs/booze took over and he was finished. Paul Stanley 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2003 More News: Apparently, the opening act for the still unconfirmed Aerosmith/KISS Tour will be the band Saliva. The tour is expected to start in July/August and run through September/October. Apparantly Saliva will get a 25 minute slot, with KISS following with 75 minutes, and Aerosmith closing with 75/85 minutes. While some are calling it a co-headlining tour, Aerosmith will close all shows. Some unconfirmed dates are: 8/2/03, Meadows Music Theatre, Hartford, CT 8/15/03, Verizon Wireless Music Center, Nobelsville, IN 8/21/03, Post Gazette Pavillion, Burgettstown, PA 9/4/03, Tweeter Center, Tinley Park, IL 9/6/03, Alpine Valley Music Theatre, East Troy, WI 9/23/03, AM South Amphitheatre, Antioch, TN 10/8/03, Cricket Pavilion, Phoenix, AZ Remember, these are UNCONFIRMED DATES and nothing OFFICIAL has been announced by Aerosmith or KISS - check either of those band's official websites for official news
Guest GeneMean Report post Posted March 30, 2003 That'd own if they busted out "Is That You" .. sadly that has about as much chance as "She's So European" I was pissed the last time I saw them and they didn't play NY Groove. Ace teased us with the Marquee Les Paul but instead played 2000 man.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted March 30, 2003 For the guy that asked...I saw Aerosmith last Summer with Run DMC and Cheap Trick in a Very good concert setting...However, It was pouring down rain and mud so they never did the Lawn show like they had set up... I think there were audio problems and just Tyler didn't seem into it that much... I saw Saliva in a small club once and they were pretty good in that environment...I haven't seen them anywhere else thou...

Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted April 5, 2003 $135 must be stage seats. Most of the shows look like their gonna be out doors, so lawn seats will be only $35-$40 tops. Doesn't look like their coming here either. Bastards.

Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted April 6, 2003 And once again, nothing in South Florida. Tell em to go fuck themselves. Man isn't Miami supposed to be a cool place to like go on vacation to? And this also makes me wonder why Hawaii doesn't get more concert dates too, I mean good vacation spots why wouldnlt tours want to go around there?? I could udnerstand the population might not be as large in Hawaii. But Miami is a fairly large and well known city, and all we got is fucking Godsmack and Three Doors Down?! WTF. *sigh* At least Dying Fetus is coming to Ft Lauderdale...
