Guess Meltzer being there didn't matter. They were in the Rajah spoilers and I think they get a satellite feed and can hear things the announcers say. Maybe it was not shown to the live crowd.

 

But this is moot, RVD and Kane are on Heat...maybe they will work two matches.

I find it amazing that in a 4 HOUR ppv, Vince couldn't find a spotbfor the RAW tag titles, doing this match on Heat devalues the significance of the tag titles and the fact that RVD(Jeff getting pops from fat girls are not as loud as RVD chants, not even Booker can't fuck with the RVD chants) is not at the ppv pretty much tells me that he won't be allowed by Vince to become a main eventer,he rather pay tons of money to bring Greenberg(a guy with a huge ego and zero love for the business) than giving Rob a shot with the title b/c he is not a HOSS, he didn't create him and he is still over even though he's stuck with that no talent Kane, those are his sins, that excuse of Rob being stiff is bs b/c he has changed his style completely and he hasn't potatoed anyone in a while except for that WWE cancer Cripple H, the man responsible of sabotaging other's wrestlers careers.

Thank you Vince, you did me a huge favor, since i was planning on wasting $30+ for Crapamania just so i could see RVD win the tag titles, now i could save the money and just watch the tag match for free. Without Rob on the ppv there's no chance in hell i would pay money to see 2 jurassic assholes fight in the main event.

What's the big deal? RVD is still getting a match and now you get to watch it for free! What about Kane? Kane seems to always get pushed so I think the whole he won't be a main eventer thing is a bit overreacting.

 

He still gets the same bonus and now you don't have to order the show to see him. And what does Triple H have to do with this? He doesn't- They probably want to give some of the matches a lot of time (3-way and Angle v. Lesnar) and didn't want to have to squeeze it in.

 

I don't see why this bothers everyone- you get to see him for free now. I mean - JOY TO THE WORLD!

Divided evenly (Four hours, nine matches) it's about 26 minutes each match. Hell, the Women's Championship is on there, and it's going to be heatless unless Trish wins. Even a formula, "flip flop" match (God forbid. Everybody should be a mat wrestler.) would be better than a heatless title match on the biggest show of the year.

 

You've got two guys that are basically gimps (Austin, Trips), one with a screwed up neck (Angle), and three cripples/non wrestlers (Vinny Mac, Hogan, HBK)

 

Do I even need to count A-Train, Big Show, Nathan Jones, and Taker?

 

That's six guys who aren't going to be in peak physical condition, and four guys who can't wrestle a twenty minute match if their lives depended on it.

 

If they wanted to, they could find a place for RVD..but they don't.

Bonus?????lol, he might get that with his curtain jerking check, this is not about money in my opinion, most of us are upset b/c Vince feels that HBK(THE RATINGS KILLER) and Nathan Jones have earned their spots to wrestle on the ppv, even though one is a has-been and the other can't wrestle, and how about A train and Big Slow do they deserve to even be on the ppv?This is sending a message to everyone in the locker room, it doesn't matter if you are over with the fans unless you are a WWE talent or you weight over 270lbs.

I think people like Jones and Big Show are on the show because Vince wants some sort of return on his investment. And, besides, all the suck will be contained within one match, so it's all good.

 

It sucks that RVD isn't 'officially' on the Mania card, but it's not like he's hosting the show at a restaurant, or anything. I think if Regal hadn't have gotten sick and Bubba didn't get hurt, then RVD would somehow be officially on the show, but I don't think Vince wants to put Morley out there as a tag champ on the big show.

 

If you're upset that RVD isn't on the PPV and that's the only reason you wanted to see the show, I'd consider myself lucky. You get to see him wrestle AND you don't have to spend $40. You get the best of both worlds from my point of view.

I think the fact that the tag titles are on HEAT instead of the pay per view is a bigger deal, but whether wrestlers make Mania or HEAT is nothing to cry over. Especially since it's probably not going to be a good match.

The point is, people who are fans of RVD want to see one of their favorite guys working on the biggest PPV of the year. RVD does deserve to be there.
