Dames Naturally the Godfather smokes the second one, but Hyman Roth was a slick dude. By the second one Michael was losing his head. The second one was good in the fact that they showed exactly where Vito came from, and how he did it. It was imperitive to the story, and I dug it. But nothing will hold a candle to Michael in the first one. His subtle change throughout the story from a good, clean cut guy into an evil bastard. He was smart, calculating, and devious.
