Paul Heyman status

Paul Heyman was backstage at WrestleMania and has been attending the meetings at television tapings recently. He did not perform at Mania, which surprised a lot of the boys backstage since it was assumed he would be involved in the Angle-Lesnar match. Heyman has told several wrestlers he has officially asked to be left off as talent until at least SummerSlam, has hired a personal trainer and wants to lose another 25 or 30 pounds. Big Show and Team Angle, who Heyman travels with, were telling people backstage they were disappointed because Heyman had told them all that he had asked to be off house shows as well. It appears Heyman will just be a consultant until something "breaks" with him and WWE. Heyman is said to be very happy just being a consultant as he doesn't get involved in wars with Vince McMahon and from what I hear, the tension between the two of them got really bad over the direction of this year's WrestleMania and the storylines that will follow. In my opinion, the lack of Heyman's dissenting voice will hurt the overall creative direction of the product, but that is another matter altogether. Anyway, for those who have been asking, that's the best I can tell you about Heyman's status at this time.

Off topic: Is Heyman gay? I know many in the business consider him to be a not-so-in-the-closet mysogynist. But I've never heard about him with any woman.

Since this board holds a double standard to females - I'll just answer the question that there's been speculation for the past 600 years that Paul Heyman is gay.

 

The biggest proof that he's gay is the fact that he hired that horse headed gorgon known as Francine as a sex-symbol of a valet. No straight man finds Francine attractive.

 

EDIT: forgot to mention the reason you would be flamed is this topic has been posted at least the number of times as there are grains of sand in Atlantic city.

What's his appearance have to do with anything? An ugly man doesn't just become gay cause they can't get a woman. That's where porn, hookers, and strip clubs come into play.

 

And besides, does it really matter if he's gay or not? If no one knows for sure then just forget about it and quit speculating. Some people harp so much on whether someone's gay or not that it gets to the point where I begin to wonder if they're gay themselves. Otherwise it wouldn't be such a big deal.
