Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted April 4, 2003 "The Goombas", yes! On Sunday, during WrestleMania, my friends and I were saying that Eddy is Luigi, Tazz is either Mario or an orange Goomba, and other junk like that. Frankly, "The Goombas" is the greatest name for a PPV to date.
Guest RepoMan Report post Posted April 4, 2003 Just thinking... They own the name "Rage In The Cage" - they should use that for a PPV That was the name of a Sega CD WWF game I know - I have it too I had the game. I miss my Sege CD. I feel like playing some Sewer Shark. They also used "Rage in the Cage" for the name of a wrestling event on Malcom in the Middle.

Guest Si82 Report post Posted April 4, 2003 "The 10th Ring" - Sounds like a submission of some type... I would believe it'd be one. Hopefully not a PPV name. Maybe it's the name of Triple H's electrifing new move...The Indian Deathlock. Boy that move cetrainly gets a crowd going.
Guest J.F. Report post Posted April 4, 2003 In case none of you got what I said before, these are names considered for WWE's animation films that Linda McMahon mentioned at the last investors meeting.
Guest humongous2002 Report post Posted April 4, 2003 These names were not trademarked for PPV's, but were trademarked because they are under condsieration for the title of the first WWE animation film that Linda McMahon mentioned at the quarterly investors meeting. Guest Plushy Al Logan Report post Posted April 4, 2003 The 10th ring So if we watch too much WWE TV, Goldberg is going to come out and spear us all!
Guest EI Cubano Report post Posted April 6, 2003 I think the 10th ring is a "Dante's Inferno" reference. In the book, there were nine "rings of hell", thus the "10th Ring" is likely some kind of a hellacious gimmick match of some sort I'm guessing.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted April 6, 2003 I seriously doubt ANY of WWE fans know that reference... The 10th Ring...Clueless...
