Guest Snappy Nappy Dugout Report post Posted April 12, 2003 Well, Here's some good news, Eminem and 50 had reply back. Here's the news: On his radio program Thursday night, New York's DJ Kay Slay premiered a new Eminem and 50 Cent freestyle aimed at Ja Rule and Murder Inc. built on the beat from Tupac's "Hail Mary." At the beginning of the song, 50's manager, Chris Lighty, whom Ja labeled a coward on a freestyle last week (see "Ja Rule Calls 50 'Loose Change,' Disses 'Feminem' And Dr. Dre"), calls out Murder Inc.'s founder. "F--- you, Gotti!" Lighty yells. "Irv Gotti, too much Bacardi in his body," Em chimes in, using the same flow as Pac used on the original "Hail Mary." "You ain't a killer, you a pu---/ That ecstasy got you all emotional and mushy/ Bitches wearing rags in photos/ Ja's word being quoted/ In The Source, stealing Pac's sh-- like he just wrote it." Em continues his Pac impression on the chorus, rapping, "Come get me/ Muthaf---er, if you want Shady/ If Pac was still here now/ He would never ride with Ja/ Na, na, na, na, na." (Who's got the upper hand in this beef? Click here to cast your vote.) Then 50 Cent, who has a song out now with Tupac called "The Realest Killas," comes in. He borrows lyrics and uses the same flow from Makaveli's "Hail Mary" and "Against All Odds." He insinuates that Ja is a closet homosexual, calls Incster Black Child ugly enough to scare kids, and declares Irv Gotti is old and flabby like retired boxing great Larry Holmes. Slay told listeners that Busta Rhymes was on the third verse, but he didn't play that part, saying people would have to wait for his new mixtape to hear the entire track. The "official" version of the song, though, does not include Busta, who didn't record with Em and 50, a source within the Shady/Aftermath camp said. The untouched "Hail Mary" freestyle hits the streets Monday on the mixtape Invasion Part II: Conspiracy Theory, the sequel to last year's Invasion. Like the Invasion mixtape, Conspiracy Theory was put together by Em's DJ, Green Lantern. According to the crew, more disses are on the way, including a track called "Haile's Revenge" that features Em's daughter, Haile Jade, in the background and Slim Shady and D12 on the mic. That track is said to be a response to Ja's lines of "Em, you claim your mother's a crackhead/ And Kim's a known slut/ So what Haile's gonna be when she grows up?" There's also a G-Unit and 50 Cent collaboration called "Bump Heads," and not too be left out of the fray is incarcerated G-Unit member Tony Yayo. He has a freestyle aimed at the Inc. To make the mixtape, he called in from prison and rapped over the phone. Conspiracy Theory won't be all disses and bad blood, though. New tunes from the G-Unit, plus "Make It to 8 Mile," one of the first tracks from Obie Trice's debut LP, will also be included.
Guest Flyboy Report post Posted April 12, 2003 I downloaded "Hail Mary", but it was full of DJ stuff and the quality was crappy. I wish I could find a clear version.

Ahh, so Eminem can lift beats and rhymes from 2Pac, and 50 Cent can jack a hook/verse from 2Pac, but that's OK. Why can't both the cracker and the pop-rap-slut leave the real artist out of their petty feud? Like Pac would've given a damn about either. And "insinuating that Ja is a closet homosexual". Faggot faggot faggot indeed. I'm not impressed.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Report post Posted April 13, 2003 First of all, people don't get shot in the face in petty feuds. Second, what do you know about what Tupac would give a damn about? When he was beefing with Dr Dre, he made comments about Dre's sexuality, but I guess that slipped under your radar. You might take offense to that stuff, but I'm tired of hearing you make it the focal point of an argument that nobody wants to hear. Actually, an argument that I don't want to hear. OK, rappers are homophobes. Please stop bitching about it already. Ten paragraphs and you ignore virtually everything to point out the fact that someone called someone else a homosexual. I'm not saying that you don't have a right to be offended, because I might be as offended as you if I was a homosexual, but this stuff is getting annoying. Guest ant_7000 Report post Posted April 13, 2003 The thing about Ja rule being homosexual or fucking another man could be true. Yea there always been rumors about Dr. Dre being gay, Don't know if its true, but he use to wear lipstick back in the 70's from what I've heard.

Very well then, I'll restate my other point (which you must have missed?) of "Fuck Eminem and 50 Cent for being goddamned hypocrites for making note of how Ja Rule is a 2Pac rip-off when both have bit his beats and rhymes, as well as used his vocal samples for their own damn hooks. Fuck their 2Pac exploitation, it's lame, come up with your own beats and rhymes." Fuck Eminem and 50 Cent for being goddamned hypocrites for making note of how Ja Rule is a 2Pac rip-off when both have bit his beats and rhymes, as well as used his vocal samples for their own damn hooks. Fuck their 2Pac exploitation, it's lame, come up with your own beats and rhymes. Yes, I primarily dislike Eminem, 50, and the homophobia that exists in mainstream rap, and I dislike how that's a totally unoriginal diss that Em doesn't solely use, but always comes back to as his backbone. You're right, I don't know that 2Pac would give a damn. But neither would Em, so he has no right to say who 2Pac would or wouldn't rhyme with. Since 2Pac didn't stick his nose in other people's feuds that I'm aware of, however, I believe my statement that he wouldn't give a damn about this Eminem/Ja Rule feud is accurate. However, if 2Pac was still alive, none of this exploitation of his beats and rhymes (primarily by Eminem, since although Ja Rule is a "2Pac wannabe", so are any popular "street rappers" since his death to a degree; DMX has faced this criticism before). There. I really do dislike Eminem for more than the homophobia. Honest. And I'll try and keep it down in the future, since I can't seem to keep my nose out of threads involving two rappers I could care less about.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Report post Posted April 14, 2003 Fuck Eminem and 50 Cent for being goddamned hypocrites for making note of how Ja Rule is a 2Pac rip-off when both have bit his beats and rhymes, as well as used his vocal samples for their own damn hooks. Fuck their 2Pac exploitation, it's lame, come up with your own beats and rhymes. For the record, the song that was used to diss Ja Rule featured Eminem rapping from Ja Rule's perspective, therefore the "biting" made sense. As far as knowing what Tupac would care about, I think it is a valid thing to discuss because everyone has a fixation with whether or not Tupac would like them if he was alive. I hear stuff like that all the time and it makes me cringe every time I hear it. Jay-Z steals whole songs from Tupac, fucks them up and then tries to act like Tupac was his road dog when Tupac said "fuck Jay-Z" many times. The only reason why no one mentions it is because no one is beefing with Jay-Z right now. I guarantee you that Eminem would bring it up if he ever got into it with Jay-Z, but he brought it up with Ja Rule because that's where his attention is focused. Furthermore, Jay-Z bites so much now that you can make a game of figuring who he bit off of on each song. He's on Biggie's dick so much that he's writing songs about his dreams of Biggie giving him pep talks. All of this stuff is stuff that you would mention in a battle. That's why it's being brought up in the Murder Inc versus whoever their beef is with. As far as Eminem and 50 biting off of Tupac, I think I'm going to need some specifics before I agree with you. Yes, I primarily dislike Eminem, 50, and the homophobia that exists in mainstream rap, and I dislike how that's a totally unoriginal diss that Em doesn't solely use, but always comes back to as his backbone. You spend more time talking about them being homophobes than they spend being homophobes. Shit, that motherfucker beefed with the whole East coast. There were many people that Tupac disliked and he didn't hold his tongue about it. The fact that everyone loves Tupac now, doesn't mean that Tupac loved them when he was alive, as I said before.
